The beds were comfortable, the location was exceptional, staff were very helpful and friendly, games room for kids was a lot of fun with lots of craft activities available, go karts were fun, bringing our own bikes/scooters was a great idea as the roads are paved -drivers are very respectful , it was such a nice holiday we didn’t want to leave. Already planning our next trip back!

Parking was tight when resort was full, especially in a big car. Couch in living area was too narrow to get comfortable. Definitely still worth the stay though.

We loved the Motel Apartment. It was small but perfect for a couple. Very clean, obviously new, it was comfortable and inviting. Air-conditioning was quiet, showers were hot with good pressure and the wifi fast. Appreciated the

Unfortunately the Wifi repeater issues a blue light that glowed all night. The bed was somewhat shielded but the room was never truly dark. The structure of the downpipes at the back next to the bedroom meant that we heard loud dripping during the night. Even closing the window did little to change it. People from surrounding caravans were parked in our carpark so we had to negotiate with nearby tenants to double park behind them.

It was cosy, comfortable and convenient for one night. Bed was super comfy. Staff were happy to come out when I couldn't get the oven going, after hours. Place appeared safe and secure and clean. Facilities looked good. There appeared lots to do for children.

Shower was very small with not a lot of water pressure. We struck a night where there were a huge influx of teenagers staying. Many were in cabins next to and around us. It was a noisy night until 11pm!! Instructions for using the oven, in the cabin, would be helpful.

Good location and good things for the children, ie mini golf, go carts and pool.

We as well as 2 others had to wait about 15 minutes for staff to come and register us in, one lady had 2 dogs, waiting in a hot car!! We were there at 2 pm. Then while other cabins were available, we got the oldest, run down cabin. Spoke to the staff, no reasonable reason was given to us on why!!! Wanted to go back there again with other family, but not so sure. We were happy with everything else and the park looks well maintained. Thank you.

Overall an amazing experience. Cabin was clean comfortable and essential kitchen crockery, cutlery etc were there. Besides being a little coolish and the heat pump not, it would appear, fully effective I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and journey with Ingenia Holidays Torquay. I will most certainly be back and have already promoted the establishment to friends in New Zealand. Staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly, courteous, helpful and I was super happy that I was approved a later than 10am checkout. An absolutely fantabulous experience and stay. THANK YOU Ingenia Holidays Torquay ❤️💯

All the amenities were great! Awesome spot, so close to everything, my 3 year old had an absolute blast, love that they had entertainment while we were there & lots of activities for kids to do of all ages!

The bottom bunk beds were pretty high so unfortunately my 3 year old wasn’t able to sleep in them as it would’ve been a decent fall if she was to roll out of bed during the night - but a bed rail would’ve been ideal to bring, will definitely note for next time

Plenty of fun activities for family, easy to spend a day there without spending extra money, comfy beds, and they've thought of lots to comforts to add to the stay. Located close to everything, a few minutes drive to town centre and beaches, and just around the corner from outlet shopping, a really good base for exploring the town, and just a few minutes to the coast road, perfect for discovering other towns and picturesque look outs.

The car park for our cabin had been taken up by an annexe for an on site van, so we had to park on the road which wasn't ideal, and we didn't seem to be the only cabin with this set up. Next time I would specify that we need a park.

Late check in was easy and instructions were clearly all given in an envelope. Parking is ample and easy. Given a map of the place and clear instructions were given on how to find our cabin for the night. The bed is comfortable and clean. Cutleries, dishwashing soap and sponge is provided as well. No toiletries provided, so remember to bring your own.

The aircon can only be found in the living space near the door and not in the bedroom. It's fine in the winter as i can hide under the blanket. During summer period... i think the bedroom would get rather hot and stuffy.

location was right next to surf coast hwy, high traffic but once in the park it dulled out, 5-10 min walk to shops 15min walk to the beach, bungalow was spotless and clean, bed, soft and comfy

Bungalow sliding door on the blue one i stayed in, either needs new rollers or or runners on the sliding door, when getting up early during my stay and just made a bit of noise when opening and closing. just a very very minor dislike for that

The cabin was neat and tidy, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and bedding provided kept us cosy and warm at night. Really great location - cafes and shops were walking distance. The staff were pleasant for both check in and out and also accommodating to requests.

Cabin was a little drafty. We were there for a wedding and was told there was a functioning iron but it hadn't been maintained in awhile and nearly ruined my partner's suit when he tried to use it.
