They very kindly upgraded me to a larger cabin and it had a great kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. It was nice and clean. The holiday park is on the main road through town, but it was very quiet at night. There were lots of families staying while I was there, but I got a good night's sleep each night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The holiday park is in the middle of town close to shops and restaurants etc. . The beaches at Torquay are lovely and there are some great walks nearby. I highly recommend Ingenia Holidays Torquay!

I liked everything.

This is an excellent Holiday resort in Torquay. My son and l stayed in a two bedroom cabin last weekend, and the property exceeded our expectations. The park was well maintained, the staff were super friendly, and the cabin was spotlessly clean. All basic cooking equipment you could want for was supplied, as well as a microwave and 'large' fridge (which was a bonus). But the thing we were most impressed with was the very comfy beds! The park is an easy 15minutes walk into town and beach, and while it was too cold to use the outdoor pool, my son enjoyed the hot spa after his day out surfing. Ticked all the boxes for us. We will definately be back!!

Everything. I was in a motel style cabin that had just been refurbished. It was compact but very clean and had everything one or two people could need. Kitchen with counter, sitting area with smart TV, separate bedroom area, and shower room with a great rain showerhead. Hot strong water. Also, a deck with furniture. The park is just off the main road, but it is an oasis of calm. There was no traffic noise and safe for kids. The staff members were great. I phoned ahead and booked and was assisted by Ryan, a very helpful pleasant young man. He helped me select the most suitable type of cabin accommodation. When I arrived, I was assisted by Sophie, who gave me a personalised tailored information sheet and explained where my cabin was situated and the boom gate code entry system. Also a rear entry gate with code that takes you to shops and pub.

The beds were comfortable, the location was exceptional, staff were very helpful and friendly, games room for kids was a lot of fun with lots of craft activities available, go karts were fun, bringing our own bikes/scooters was a great idea as the roads are paved -drivers are very respectful , it was such a nice holiday we didn’t want to leave. Already planning our next trip back!

Parking was tight when resort was full, especially in a big car. Couch in living area was too narrow to get comfortable. Definitely still worth the stay though.

We loved the Motel Apartment. It was small but perfect for a couple. Very clean, obviously new, it was comfortable and inviting. Air-conditioning was quiet, showers were hot with good pressure and the wifi fast. Appreciated the

Unfortunately the Wifi repeater issues a blue light that glowed all night. The bed was somewhat shielded but the room was never truly dark. The structure of the downpipes at the back next to the bedroom meant that we heard loud dripping during the night. Even closing the window did little to change it. People from surrounding caravans were parked in our carpark so we had to negotiate with nearby tenants to double park behind them.

It was cosy, comfortable and convenient for one night. Bed was super comfy. Staff were happy to come out when I couldn't get the oven going, after hours. Place appeared safe and secure and clean. Facilities looked good. There appeared lots to do for children.

Shower was very small with not a lot of water pressure. We struck a night where there were a huge influx of teenagers staying. Many were in cabins next to and around us. It was a noisy night until 11pm!! Instructions for using the oven, in the cabin, would be helpful.

Good location and good things for the children, ie mini golf, go carts and pool.

We as well as 2 others had to wait about 15 minutes for staff to come and register us in, one lady had 2 dogs, waiting in a hot car!! We were there at 2 pm. Then while other cabins were available, we got the oldest, run down cabin. Spoke to the staff, no reasonable reason was given to us on why!!! Wanted to go back there again with other family, but not so sure. We were happy with everything else and the park looks well maintained. Thank you.

Overall the experience was great. The accommodation was very comfortable and was spotlessly clean. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the property is walking distance to surf shops, breweries, fast food outlets and within a short drive you can be at a number of beaches and the great Ocean Road.

In the cabin I had the bedroom blind wasn't wide enough for the window by a long way. I placed a sports coat bag and a towel to cover the gap.

The cabin was clean. We received clear, timely details for after-hours check-in, which was crucial given our same-day booking. Their team was readily available by phone, providing excellent support for our late check-in and early check-out needs. The room, beds, and all utensils were clean. I could not use much of facility due to limited time. I appreciated the cleanliness of the washrooms. A definite plus was the lower number of guests present on the day of my booking.

Overall an amazing experience. Cabin was clean comfortable and essential kitchen crockery, cutlery etc were there. Besides being a little coolish and the heat pump not, it would appear, fully effective I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and journey with Ingenia Holidays Torquay. I will most certainly be back and have already promoted the establishment to friends in New Zealand. Staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly, courteous, helpful and I was super happy that I was approved a later than 10am checkout. An absolutely fantabulous experience and stay. THANK YOU Ingenia Holidays Torquay ❤️💯
