The size of the rooms was great! We travelled with a large group and even in our family room, 2 singles and 1double, there was plenty of room. Bathrooms recently renovated and great wardrobe space. The location was amazing, right next to Cole’s and a 24 hour Kmart, central to everywhere we went in Geelong. Great cafe nearby. Staff were nice and helpful and easy to work with.

In the end it’s a motel, don’t have 5 star expectations. It was incredible value, great service, clean, and better than what we had expected. I’d definitely stay there again.

The spa room was spacious and clean with a really nice view of geelong. The spa was also spacious and the bed comfortable. It was nice and quiet a very pleasant stay. My partner and l decided to stay another night, but the spa room was already booked so the lovely lady at reception transferred us to a queen room which we were able to go straight into at 10 am with no extra charge. The location, brilliant and surprisingly affordable

Only one thing which can be a usual when you stay somewhere, the bed and pillows in the queen room were not as comfortable as the bed in the spa room

Decent location with supermarket just opposite and some restaurants not too far a walk away. Semi sheltered garage. Hosts were very nice.

The rooms were a bit dated & bed was sinking. The curtains seem to be dusty and the windows were accumulating cobwebs. While the window was facing the park, which was. Y the roadside, it was VERY noisy hearing cars even in the middle of the night- sirens, noisy souped up cars and bikes with loud exhaust noises- that disturbed the sleep sadly. Car park Could do with a nice new layer of cement- the rough broken surfaces were tough to pull out luggage.

Fantastic customer service, no stone left unturned, my children we greeted and treated with respect, and we were instantly informed of all the local things to see in the area while we stayed. Clear expectations regarding visitors and noise in order to respect other customers . Fantastic.

On the day of arrival we received an email re check in to say if we wanted to check in early we needed to advise 24 hour before our arrival otherwise we would be charged per hour if we arrived early. Would have appreciated that email a day or so before, as we did arrive to Geelong earlier than planned however the service and state of the rooms offset any negative feelings about that. :-)

Super friendly staff, very clean, perfect location and very reasonable price

More a dont do what I did.... upon arrival it was cold in the room, closed curtains and turned heater on but didn't realise the top right window was open, maybe just for airing. But all night I was thinking it was still a bit cool and gee the road noise was bad!! So silly of me not to check but honestly didn't expect it in the middle of winter. Otherwise everything was great so with a bit more investigation could have solved myself

The staff that checked us in and out were super friendly. The room included a microwave, some cutlery and crockery which is always handy and a regular hairdryer (not the small attached to the wall hotel ones) . There was plenty of parking available. Close to shops, fast food and restaurants. The bathrooms have been refreshed and were cleans and inviting, great shower head and water pressure.

The room was fairly plain, but comfortable. No extra feature pillows or throws like in the image. We were not fortunate to get the park view, but I would still stay here again, for a quick easy overnighted the price was great.

Wow this place is super clean, modern and definitely huge value for money. I've stayed in more expensive places in Geelong before but this place (my room was on level 2) in the newer section was definitely worth it. The shower pressure and newer shower was heaven, the bed was super comfortable (I feel asleep so fast) and all the little inclusions was so great, especially for the price. The location was also amazing, across the road from Cole's and 24 hour Kmart, it was so easy and accessible to get everything you need. Will definitely always stay here when I come to Geelong (also the reception couple, were super friendly, welcoming and nice) really felt welcome, thank you so much!

Likes the views and how open and spacious the rooms were. The reception staff were very friendly and I would consider it good value for money.

Only downside to the property was you could see walking through the hallways there is lots of water damage everywhere. When we went to use our aircon the aircon was dripping significantly onto the floor and we had to turn it off. It was the only downside. But apart from that. Beautiful location and friendly staff

The carpet & all soft furniture (couch and arm chairs) stained - in dire need of a steam clean! All pillows terribly lumpy! Need replacing as really gives poor impression from what would have easily made a huge difference to comfort & hygiene.

overall a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed the great view with big floor to ceiling windows - solar heating. Spa a good size for two! Only two issues, which reported to the reception desk on departure - 1) dripping of water from reverse cycle air conditioner over the doorway. 2) the two chairs at the circular table needed to have the `under base' repaired as when we sat on them the upholstered seat sank quite considerably. Not uncomfortable, but disconcerting.
