The apartment is large and comfortable. Despite being a cold night the air conditioners were able to warm the apartment nicely. The bed was comfortable and also warm. The apartment is located on the edge of the Geelong CBD so it's possible to walk to places within the CBD or the waterfront. Access is via a lockbox and there were no problems with it. There are no staff on site. The building is located on a corner and the apartment was on the side street. The booking confirmation included this information. The apartment information says there is no on site parking and you have to park on the street fronting the building. The side street has No Standing al the way down so if you follow the rules you will have to carry your luggage a bit. That was the only negative we found with the apartment.

No off street parking. The booking information said there was no off street parking but it also had a box to tick to request private parking. I got no response to this request. I don't know if this is a booking.com problem or a problem with the apartment owners.

Excellent location. The styling and decor were impressive although the rug and couch are getting 'tired'. The coffee machine was a nice touch.

I thought it was going to be a garden view. My initial booking was $40 cheaper, with a sea view, but I had to change the dates by a day and a sea view was not available,which I understand, but the apartment we stayed in did not have a view at all and was more expensive! Dead plants at entrance. Small thing, but a bin and tissues in the bathroom would be good.

The rooms are very comfortable and both Darren and Yolanda are very responsive to all my queries.

There is just no lift to go up to the rooms, so it might be a problem for luggage that is too heavy. Also, the stairs are metal steel with holes so have to be careful when climbing up to the room with big luggage. Luckily we have big boys to help out to carry up.

Loved the location and style of the property. General amenities and comfort

Some areas need a good clean (lights and fittings) and shower area. A few missing convience items like dishwasher tablets, dish cloths and milk frother for nespresso

The place is super cute and cosy. Easy to find and the owners were really accommodating when I needed an eary check in.

Whilst there's a washing machine, there was no way to dry the washing. The owners did drop a clothes airer over when asked though.

Great location - close to the city centre and easy walk to Kardinia Park for the footy. Apartment had all the facilities required for our stay. Beds were super comfortable.

Parking close to the property was scarce.

It was a very stylish, new apartment and so spacious. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay, and you could just walk into the heart of Geelong.There was convenient undercover parking.

We chose The Warehouse Apartments because of the proximity to GMHBA Stadium as we wanted to be able to walk to the AFL game we were attending. We had a little trouble finding the right letterbox to access the key, eventually worked it out. Maybe a photo of the location would help. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We couldn't find a tea towel to dry the dishes and had to leave them draining on the sink. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment. We wondered whether it would be hard to heat with it being so open but the air conditioning worked very well. We thought it was good value for money for a family looking for an apartment with cooking facilities and secure parking.
