Great location, close proximity to eateries and the beautiful East Beach precinct. You can walk to all the attractions and shops from here.

The room was very nice but the bathroom floor was a bit slippery. Maybe some sort of non slip mat would be advantageous. Also nowhere to hang your clothes in the bathroom otherwise very acceptable. Foxtel channels could cater more for racing and football enthusiasts.

The room was clean, comfortable, with everything that I could want. The HUGE disability friendly bathroom was a surprise, and although not required by me, I am sure would delight someone using a wheelchair. I appreciated the lift access up to the rooms - helps when taking luggage up and down. The motel is central and on a very busy road. You could definitely hear the traffic outside the room, however in the room was perfectly quiet and peaceful. Off street parking was a bonus.

I felt that the steps leading up to the rooms hadn't been cleaned in ages, with bits of paper and other jetsam in the corners. While this didn't directly affect the quality of the room, it left a poor impression. I feel these could be made cleaner and more "looked after" which would lift my whole impression.

We chose the belmercer as we were collecting a hire car nearby the next day. It's away from the centre of town and near a flyover and railway line but was pretty quiet. The lift to the second floor was very useful with big luggage to deal with. The lady at reception was helpful and friendly.

It's a 20 min walk into town but this can be along the grass seafront area which is very pleasant. Only one burger joint close by to eat at but it's open 24 hours so handy for breakfast.

Conveniently located with only a short walk to the seafront and shopping centre. Fabulous large bathroom and bedroom area.

It’s located close to the railway station so you can hear the trains but we still slept well. The fan in the bathroom comes on when you turn on the light and it was very noisy which was annoying as you couldn’t turn it off.

how helpful the lady was at check in and how welcome she made you feel. great value 👏 I must admit it was my first time staying and I didn't know what to expect at first but thank you we will definitely stay their again and have recommended it.

Fantastic Location for my needs, room was comfortable.

I didn't like that the WiFi network constantly dropped out and that I ended up using all the vouchers given to me that should have lasted the 3nights in 2 nights. Also didn't like that other visitors let the door of the stairwell slam shut each time ( but I guess I'm being a bit picky about that).

Room is a little basic but certainly functional and clean. Appreciated that staff at night ensured other residents kept the volume down as it was a Saturday night. Great location near CBD and beach.

Room could use bigger bedside tables and more of them, or a 2 seater sofa. Felt value for money was just okay.

Monique was amazing- so helpful and informative on local amenities and attractions. The motel was perfectly located for an overnight before day sail to Tasmania

Be prepared to carry your bags to your rooms as all parking is on ground floor and all rooms on first floor

Nice sized rooms, big bathrooms, undercover parking. The motel is well located to the city centre and the promenade. Walkable, if yo so desire.

A sofa in the room. I was told most do have a sofa, but we didn’t. Not a big issue at all.

Lovely helpful staff at reception. Very clean room & very generous sized bathroom. Would stay again when next in Geelong. Also lots of places to eat in walking distance.

A little bit of noise from the train tracks a couple of streets behind the motel, but really nothing too bad. And totally outside the motels control.
