Second time staying at Quest Geelong. Conveniently located within walking distance to the waterfront or into main shopping centre.Secure parking available at a cost OR free parking out on the street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great size apartment, everything you need for a vacay. Will stay here again

The couch is a little low and has a horrible dip in the middle which was very uncomfortable. Would love to have screen doors on sliding doors. They're nice to have open and let the sea breeze come in without the need to use the split system. (did leave as feedback on a card in our apartment before departure)

Our stay at Quest Geelong was absolutely wonderful! The newly renovated serviced apartments were modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, from Smart TVs to a well-appointed kitchen. The complimentary Wi-Fi and secure onsite parking were good. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Geelong’s vibrant Waterfront and CBD. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. We’d highly recommend Quest Geelong to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again!

The pillows were very average. But this was a minor issue.

The whole place has a fresh clean feel to it. Inside it feels fresh and inviting, the room nicely furnished, the view out the windows into the gardens and trees added to feeling intimate and not in a busy location. Bed comfortable, furniture comfortable, it was a pleasure to have a room that was more than just somewhere to sleep for the night! And the esplanade walk just a block away was great.

There's just a few minor things, nothing that would be a dealbreaker for coming back, but they are little things that would make a huge difference. (1) Larger bath towels or maybe be given an extra one each couple given the size of the ones given. (2) A coffee pod machine with a few pods - one of the photos looks like it had a machine in it (hard to make out for sure), and it is something we're so used to seeing anywhere we stay nowadays.

The staff were incredible. They were very attentive and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't ask for a better group of service staff. Absolutely amazing!

I wished it had a café or restaurant on-site. However, we were aware of this in advance and it didn't pose any issues. We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of excellent eateries and coffee shops nearby, making it easy to find great places to dine and relax. The variety and quality of the options available more than made up for the lack of an on-site café or restaurant.

I loved my stay here, I was upgraded from the studio that I booked to the 2 bedroom so my review might be biased. But I loved everything, the place is huge, aircon in both the main room and the bedroom are good, the apartment facing away from Princes Highway meant the room was quiet, location not in the middle of the city but still handy to everything, kind and friendly staff, my late checkout was accepted with no hassle, washing machine and dryer are great, wifi worked perfectly for me, no noise from neighbouring units, can't fault the place.

Zero complaints

This was my second stay here, I was here 10 years ago for mine and my husbands anniversary and lived it then. I equally enjoyed it here last week. The two lovely ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful and listened to me while I had a conversation with them. They were pleasant to communicate with, one of the ladies was there upon checkout as well she was so nice, so please pass my thank on to the reception staff. :) Thanks so much for upgrading my room it was absolutely a really nice surprise as well and was so spacious. I loved it and it was absolutely appreciated too. Thanks heaps Quest! I can’t wait to stay with you again at a future date. :)

Can’t fault anything, I had the best time.

Was disappointed with the servicing of the appartments. The sheets were changed only once and that is because I asked. The dishwashing detergent & washing powder were mot replenished. The floor to the bathroom was not washed as powder was still there. The bed was not made on a couple of days. We should have been told that no servicing would be done on public holidays when we checked in.

Our stay here was so amazing! Our room was beautiful and clean. I am so grateful for the staff they were absolutely lovely and very grateful for the staff member who I had to call at 11pm to let us back in our room after my partner left the key card on the bench in the room🙈saved us sleeping in the car due to our own stupidity. Will stay here again in the future!

Unfortunately location isn’t within walking distance of much in winter, could possibly walk it in nicer weather. But obviously not a massive deal with Uber and taxis in Geelong

We loved the super friendly staff and size of the room

The fact that our room was not serviced for our 3 day stay due to being over a public holiday weekend. This meant towels were not replaced, nor were shampoo and conditioner etc and we were relying on those products as we had them in all our other hotels on this trip, therefore did not bring any with us. Hotels of this quality usually always provide these things. There should have been a back up plan like giving us extra on arrival. Also the lifts was not working and did not throughout our stay.

Room was lovely and had good facilities. The kitchen was fairly well equipped too. Nice location and great parking.

At present there is some construction nearby. It's ok in the room but balcony is not usable because of noise and lack of privacy. Price may have reflected this downside. Bed a bit hard. An inexpensive 5cm memory foam mattress topper can make all the difference to these hard mattresses.
