Very good location. Very good if you're a tourist, looking to be near the water and activities.

The apartment is located right alongside Yarra Street and Eastern Beach Road. While convenient, these are quite busy streets. The noise may be an issue for families travelling with children.

This property was clean the owner was so helpful and friendly made sure you had everything let me park my car in his other motel for a few hours while I went to see my dad after he undertook a major operation location just over all everything about this property

What should have been a simple stay became very tricky when I advised it was my 18yo daughter and friend staying. The owner read us the riot act and two phone calls later we finally were able to get into the apartment. What should have been simple became way too stressful.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Close to restaurants, shopping and waterfront. The Owner was very easy to deal with and made himself available should we require anything.

The car park was a challenge, which we were made aware of.

Sliding blinds were broken and hard to open Walls in the main bedroom were extremely dirty

Fantastic location, very helpful info via communication prior to arrival, very clean and had everything we needed. Staff super helpful, apartment very spacious and great layout. So close to restaurants and walking distance to GMHBA oval which is why we came to Geelong!

Hot water kept cutting out in shower, few handles fell of cupboards and blind fell off in living area (needs fixing)

No confirmation information had trouble with owner and booking.com but Owner is very good came straight away after one hour later couldn’t work out the issue with email and show me around access and what is happening so which is ok

Location was great. It was easy to get in touch with the owner and he was very accommodating with getting us in early.

There are a few cupboard handles in the kitchen that are broken or not there.

Clean, tidy and comfortable apartment. Owner was very helpful and understanding. Excellent location.

The shower water was one temperature extreme to the other within seconds. Probably due to someone else in the building using hot water. Borderline dangerous for the elderly or very young. Would recommend installation of independent hot water service.
