1. Great Location. 2. Very comfortable beds. 3. Good view out through the room windows (Room 17).

1. One window in Room 17 did not have a fly-screen on it. As a consequence, a large Huntsman spider was able to get into the room as the window was partially open. The spider was located on the ceiling, and I had to ask the cleaning staff to get rid of it. I suggest that staff place a fly-screen over that particular window to prevent a repeat occurrence.

The twin room has a table and two chairs and tv. They gave us a room with a great view of the beach. Good quality toiletries. Has towels, hair dryer and ironing board in the room. Close to the beach and the malls. Though the place is dated, they have AC, comfortable beds and doesnt smell musty. Luggage storage before and after check out.

Proximity to the foreshore, eateries, shopping, hospital etc. Staff are always, friendly, helpful and accommodating.

There's really nothing I don't like about Eastern Sands. If I'm really picky it needs an update with some paint, colourful bedding and furniture. A few cosmetic updates, it"'s a little tired, but honestly, this isn't why we stay here.

My Son and his mate stayed due to the Ironman event and said they thoroughly enjoyed the stay. My son mentioned he did not checkout until after the event which is amazing they were able to do so and greatly appreciated. Also they were able to leave the car at the property all day whilst competing. Prior to the event the property were in touch with us to ensure everything was ok with the booking and provided an very friendly and caring experience. Outstanding customer service which you don't see enough off and is greatly appreciated

Comfortable bed. Clean linen and bathroom. Very good location. Have stayed here over many years (golf trips) and will return next year, hopefully.

Carpets in the 2 rooms we had were very dated - could do with a good clean or new.

The room is large, tidy and the facilities are all good. I'm comfortable with the room, and easy access to restaurants, near to the Geelong Railway Station and other places that I visited.

There was a guest knocking on my door at night, which made me scared. I thought he was the wrong number of room, but it makes me unsafe

Beds were really comfortable; gret shower; clean and good amenities for basic hotel... location was excellent! And price, competitive for area vs others. Close to esplanade, markets and restaurants, cafes... westfield Will choose here again definitely.

Comfortable bed and proximity to shops and the beach. The rooms are very well equipped.

The pictures on the website are so incorrect! The hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures. The parking bays could be numbered for each unit.

It was very convenient as a base for the city as well as the region. It was handy to shops and other amenities.

I do prefer an earlier check in at times or somewhere to store luggage but it all worked out.

The proximity to: GMHBA stadium, popular eateries, shopping, pubs, and the beach front.

It was very busy because of the footy being in town and after visiting friends we were left with a very awkward and difficult car park to manoeuvre into.
