Television remote did not always work.

The manager was polite, friendly and respectful which was helpful for someone with anxiety problems like myself. The facility was clean tidy and within minutes of the cbd by foot

Only thing that could of been better was one of the glass barriers on the balcony was broken and had plywood up instead, the giant painting was behind the couch half in display instead of hanging up and the couch had holes in it where someone had stabbed it but none of that had any effect on the comfort level of our stay

Great location, just down the road from a shopping centre, harbour and bars. The apartment was comfy clean and great for our needs! Full of kitchen essentials and appliances, Bed very comfy, an actual duvet not just a sheet! Aircon worked bathroom was clean, thoroughly enjoy our stay here. Had use of the FREE washing machine and dryer an allocated parking space so car was safe not on the street. it’s in a nice area.

Location was brilliant. Apartment quite modern and did the job for the short time we were there. Didn’t cook so not sure if all equipment in there.

Quilts and bottom cover were stained. Blind skates missing on windows. Shower was ok but couldn’t move it up & down but did the job just. Door was a bit dodgy in bedroom, husband locked himself out one night as door locked on its own (luckily I was still in room). Parking a bit tight if 2 cars are under cover and also Google maps try’s to take you on the road at the back of apartments!

It was clean equipped with everything that you needed

The small kitchenette with a small stove was perfect, so if we wanted to cook some of our meals, we could it was very close to the hospital so it was walking distance. We could leave our car there and not have to take our car down the street great positioning.

my only issue is it seems to charge more than what is advertised (on Booking.com) so for ie it says $500 for the x amount of nights you are booking for ~ it ends up charging you $526 .. now i dont usually mind this, but i prefer upfront costs and most other places whatever the booking app/site advertises is what you end up paying; apart from that great location, nice staff; will still comeback (especially when that monetary issue is resolved). Thanks

Great accomodation with everything you need for your stay. Extremely clean .

Was very hard to back my car into park as there was a car parked at the unit beside that wasn’t parked in the car park spot which made it extremely hard for me to reverse into our park . I also picked these apartments for the spa which l couldn’t get to work very disappointed..

Hello as soon as we got inside it was a major relief . It was extremely clean and had everything at our fingertips 😊 was an amazing stay definitely will stay again .

We would have preferred a spa bath . That’s the only downfall

Well appointed accommodation close to and easy walking to the hospital. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was fantastic and just what we needed. Very clean and well maintained. Great balcony to get out in the fresh air.
