I was stuck in Geelong after being transferred via ambulance with my son from Warrnambool. It was a very comforting stay. I loved the room. I just had issues checking in, granted I was stressed and took awhile for someone to answer me but was eventually sorted. The conditioner bottle was empty and normally I’d have that stuff but due to it not being a holiday and an abrupt stay I needed that conditioner. But overall it was a beautiful room and was very comfortable. Maybe a bin besides the little toilet one would help to. So just a couple of minor things, overall it was really nice. I was very stressed and tired and the actual room and bed were pleasing and beautiful

Hotel was easy to get into although there is no human contact on arrival (was actually easier than I thought is was going be) NEW TIMES Room had what you needed although. Our room had no habitable window which is a building requirement for a bedroom. Instead we had a skylight right over the bed. So daylight was like 6.30am on a Sunday. This was quite annoying and was uncomfortable

Toilet door is transparent textured glass. A bit uncomfortable to use toilet whilst the other person can see you straight through the door. I really didn’t like this. It was noisy from the nightlife around.

The location was the primary consideration as I attended a concert close by. There was a good choice of cafes and restaurants within a five- to ten-minute walk. The room was comfortable. Although there were no windows with a view at eye level in my particular room, there were windows at ceiling level which made the room quite bright. The room was quiet and comfortable.

This is a contactless check-in hotel. The notification of my code to enter the hotel was not sent to my mobile before the check-in time. I had to phone the hotel contact person which was inconvenient as I was outside the hotel on a noisy street. This information should be sent prior to check-in (at least 15 mins before).

The location was very good, it was within walking distance to the ocean foreshore facilities and had many restaurants close by. The bed was comfy and the room had a good shower and toiletries. The check in instructions were clear and timely, so checking in was easy. The facilities were quiet and clean. Free parking directly out the front on the street from 5.30pm to 9.00am so you have to pay when checking in before 5.30pm

My room was a little small so no small table to work on, I would not like to stay too long but it was comfortable and easily accessible. There was also no Free to air TV.

Loved the location - the heart of the city, everywhere was accessible. We came for the opera, so the short walk to the Arts centre was brilliant. There was also a plethora of restaurants and bars handy for meals and drinks. Special shout-outs to "Non Disclosure" and "Tomodachi Izakaya": excellent, both. We also liked the ease of check-in: the people-free system worked seamlessly. The room itself was modern, very clean and quirky design.

Just a few points: - 1. The shower had two 'heads', but the small one just drooped, couldn't be 'aimed'. 2. An exhaust fan for the bathroom? 3. As non-Geelong people, we hadn't realised that the hotel is in the heart of the club district and since we didn't find the earplugs until the Sunday morning, the noise of the doof-doof made getting to sleep difficult ... And it did go on all night! Perhaps just a note about Saturday night in the booking process?

Hotel was a 12 minute walk from the train station. Was very clean and had nice extras e.g. shaving kit, toiletries etc. Check out was easy. Although it is located on a maim street it was quiet.

I had to ring the number associated with the booking to receive an access code even though it was to be provided an hour before check in. I received no answer several times then finally got a text msg with the instructions as I was waiting outside the building. The bed was quite firm and lacked a bit of comfort.

This hotel was great value for money, super convenient location but with only 2hr street parking but only till like 5pm or so and we were able to park out front of hotel at night, great location (walking distance to Westfield Geelong, Waterfront, Jail and some great restaurants), room had everything you needed, no staff around but check in was super simple - only downside was the mattress was too hard! We would definitely recommend and would stay again as we found it value for money and was modern. Love there was a tea/coffee selection with kettle in room and a mini fridge to put some food in, if needed.

Hard mattress, No fan in bathroom/toilet (so if you use the toilet, the smell will linger for a bit in the bathroom lol)

The property was perfectly located with a short walk to the beach and super close to Little Mallop St. The room was clean, well stocked with supplies and the shower was oversized with dual shower heads which was great.

I struggled to organise an earlier check in (it took a couple of emails and phone calls) but did get sorted and straight forward once it was actioned. I was worried about the no contact check in, given we had to get changed for a wedding but it worked flawlessly.

It was great value, and the location was amazing. Rooms were small and simple — but with everything you needed. Bathroom was gorg! Very easy to use, convenient to be able to check in and out easily.

Bit loud on a Friday and Saturday night with the bars in the street behind. (Our room was at the very back, I don’t think it would be quite as loud elsewhere) and the TV didn’t have TV, you had to use your own Netflix etc. which was a shame as we wanted to watch some AFL games and couldn’t even get Kayo on the TV’s. But for the price we couldn’t complain!

Newly renovated ( I believe) love the simple but effective design of the room. the auto check in process was so simple. The location is right in the heart of the city. All the galleries are just in walking distance.

I wish there is a big printed map to show me where is my room. I went upstairs with my luggage and found out my room was on lower level. 🤪 Alternatively, it could tell me in the check-in instructions.
