The location was the primary consideration as I attended a concert close by. There was a good choice of cafes and restaurants within a five- to ten-minute walk. The room was comfortable. Although there were no windows with a view at eye level in my particular room, there were windows at ceiling level which made the room quite bright. The room was quiet and comfortable.

This is a contactless check-in hotel. The notification of my code to enter the hotel was not sent to my mobile before the check-in time. I had to phone the hotel contact person which was inconvenient as I was outside the hotel on a noisy street. This information should be sent prior to check-in (at least 15 mins before).

Loved the location - the heart of the city, everywhere was accessible. We came for the opera, so the short walk to the Arts centre was brilliant. There was also a plethora of restaurants and bars handy for meals and drinks. Special shout-outs to "Non Disclosure" and "Tomodachi Izakaya": excellent, both. We also liked the ease of check-in: the people-free system worked seamlessly. The room itself was modern, very clean and quirky design.

Just a few points: - 1. The shower had two 'heads', but the small one just drooped, couldn't be 'aimed'. 2. An exhaust fan for the bathroom? 3. As non-Geelong people, we hadn't realised that the hotel is in the heart of the club district and since we didn't find the earplugs until the Sunday morning, the noise of the doof-doof made getting to sleep difficult ... And it did go on all night! Perhaps just a note about Saturday night in the booking process?

Hotel was a 12 minute walk from the train station. Was very clean and had nice extras e.g. shaving kit, toiletries etc. Check out was easy. Although it is located on a maim street it was quiet.

I had to ring the number associated with the booking to receive an access code even though it was to be provided an hour before check in. I received no answer several times then finally got a text msg with the instructions as I was waiting outside the building. The bed was quite firm and lacked a bit of comfort.

This hotel was great value for money, super convenient location but with only 2hr street parking but only till like 5pm or so and we were able to park out front of hotel at night, great location (walking distance to Westfield Geelong, Waterfront, Jail and some great restaurants), room had everything you needed, no staff around but check in was super simple - only downside was the mattress was too hard! We would definitely recommend and would stay again as we found it value for money and was modern. Love there was a tea/coffee selection with kettle in room and a mini fridge to put some food in, if needed.

The property was perfectly located with a short walk to the beach and super close to Little Mallop St. The room was clean, well stocked with supplies and the shower was oversized with dual shower heads which was great.

I struggled to organise an earlier check in (it took a couple of emails and phone calls) but did get sorted and straight forward once it was actioned. I was worried about the no contact check in, given we had to get changed for a wedding but it worked flawlessly.

It was great value, and the location was amazing. Rooms were small and simple — but with everything you needed. Bathroom was gorg! Very easy to use, convenient to be able to check in and out easily.

Bit loud on a Friday and Saturday night with the bars in the street behind. (Our room was at the very back, I don’t think it would be quite as loud elsewhere) and the TV didn’t have TV, you had to use your own Netflix etc. which was a shame as we wanted to watch some AFL games and couldn’t even get Kayo on the TV’s. But for the price we couldn’t complain!

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and the room warm with the air-conditioning provided. The bathroom was adequate and the warm water and shower excellent. There was a small fridge which was very handy. Free wi-fi was easy to connect to and highly valued.

The only facility that was "missing", ie that I would prefer to have available, is a microwave. However, I knew that one was not available and arranged my stay accordingly.

Convenient. Fully automated with no staff present but easy to follow instructions were provided. Neat and tidy. Good central location.

Just one small complaint. Being fully automated, the hotel places a hold on $150 of your credit card funds and advised that the hold would be lifted within a few hours of leaving if there was no damage. I caused no damage but it took over 24 hours for the hold to be lifted. As l say this is only a minor complaint.

There were little extras that showed a touch of class, including vouchers for drinks and coffee, toothbrush and a shaving kit. It was super clean. There are a clear set of instructions in the room. It is centrally located and great value for money.

The reception is remote by way of phone and email. Please check these prior to arrival to get the necessary access codes. The staff on the phone were super friendly and helpful.

There was some noise from nearby venues - but they provided complimentary ear plugs - it was fairly muted however so we didn’t use them and slept really well Pillows super comfortable! Bed could be a bit softer - on the firmer side
