Close to gas stations, stores, restaurants. Spacious room. Friendly staff.

Tv in room didn’t work and people were banging on our room door and being super loud all night so couldn’t sleep and staff just said ok when people complained about it

The price is good for the room. The room is comfortable and has amenities like a mini-fridge, a sink other than the one in the bathroom, and a little coffee maker. When I have booked, it's because I am working on getting a house ready to sell, so a lot of time is spent outside of the room, but at the end of a the day, it's a nice room to come back to. It would be cool if the breakfast had a little more than bagels and toast, but that keeps the room cost down, so I get it.

Great location in south central Round Rock. One of the lesser expensive hotels in the area. The continental breakfast was basic, but included.

The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable, no pillow-top so it hurt our hips and backs for the week long stay. We reserved 2 identical 2-queen rooms only to find out the hotel changed one room to be a 1-queen room because it was only 2 people in it… it was for 2 adult brothers who will not share a bed. They did put them in a room with a queen and a sofa sleeper, but I was very disappointed in the fact that my “reservation” was changed by the hotel manager to accommodate others on a sold out weekend. That is not what I reserved or paid for. His excuse was “we are sold out, there’s nothing I can do”… yet he still found a way.

The property was very nice and clean. When you first walk in you could smell how clean it was.

That the AC went out and when I first called and asked about it no one did anything but when I called back on he or so later then the guy came to the room and saw that I was telling the truth. At this point my kids were almost asleep. He did give us another room but by this point my kids were asleep. When we got to out room there was odor to it and as we walked in the hallway there was also odor. Even though the rooms were known smoking they smelled like it had been smoked in it.

Location is great for us, value for the dollar is great.

Why can't we pay for the stay in advance? We were told it is for security reasons and are required to fill out a form with cc on it, include a copy of the credit card, and images of our ID's. THIS is way less secure than paying online. IN THIS DAY AND AGE when millions of companies take payment online, you and lots in your industry, are WAY BEHIND THE TIMES. This is most inconvenient.

The location, the staff was nice and breakfast available.

I didn't like the carpets in the hallway and room, very old and unsanitary, may I suggest remodeling and remove room carpet, add floor instead. The rooms have a lot of moisture, which I am sure it's due to the carpet. I am only saying no, to meeting my expectations because of the carpet in room. Otherwise, everything was good.

I chose this hotel for almost 2 weeks because I was invited in the area. I can truly recommend this hotel mainly for their unbelievable friendly staff. The receptionists were super nice and caring and helped me in every way. A friendly good morning always followed by a short chat. Breakfast was sufficient although mainly wrapped in plastic which is probably normal for USA. The rooms might need a little fresh up regarding colors and interior but beds were ok and it was clean. Main reason for me as a single traveler to choose this hotel was that I really felt safe here. I can recommend this place.

Not much I would change, maybe colors and interior and plastic wrappings at breakfast menue.

The pool was nice. Starts off shallow for my youngest child and slowly deepens to about 4 1/2 feet....

The A/C didn't stay on, it would get a little stuffy so I would have to get up and restart it a few times during the night..

The place was clean! It smelled clean and you saw staff members constantly cleaning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for a quick meal to get you going. They had an automatic pancake maker which was neat. It was touch less and fast. The pancakes were delicious!

The bed was so hard! I did a lot of tossing and turning. There were kids running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night. Not sure what was going on but they kept slamming their room door multiple times and it literally shook our room. Our hair dryer nearly caught fire and when I tried to call the front desk our phone didn't work. I went down and they brought up a new dryer pretty much immediately.

When we walked into the building the lady at the front desk was very nice and informative about any questions we may have had. The room was amazing and very spacious for my husband and me. We love the bathroom beautiful, clean, and very well lit up. My husband liked the bay window he sat in the window and played his game on his phone.

There was nothing that I disliked other than the guy at the front desk Thursday night. He was very rude to the Mexican man that came in and he didn't know English and he was very rude.
