Love the location, staff was friendly and courteous, a hot breakfast was nice, good mattress, liked the ability to log on to my personal Netflix account. Felt clean and safe.

I didn't use the Wifi because I had to give personal email and other personal information to use it. I didn't want to be inundated with promotional emails from Marriott. I also have a hard time sleeping on hotel pillows. They are always too soft. I'd really like the option of requesting a memory foam pillow like I use at home. It was a bit noisy and you had to go to the lobby to get ice.

Staff extremely friendly, evening shift front desk person who checked us in was extremely nice and accommodating when we had credit card issues. Each staff member made sure to greet us as we came in but she was always bubbly and cheerful wanting to hear about our day and not just welcoming us back to the property for the night.

Sheets were never changed, even when blood stained. We requested housekeeping every other day and never received a new set of sheets. Other than that things were great and staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was quite good. Cindy and the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms and public areas were clean, comfortable and quiet. I would stay here again if the pool temperature was warmer.

The pool was ostensibly heated but VERY cold! The fitness center consisted of two treadmills and one elliptical machine and a few hand weights. The machines were in use by others when my family went to use them a few times. The outdoor deck by the pool was very noisy due only to hotel location right next to 470.

This hotel is next to the most amazing mall ever! It has every store imaginable. Urban air for kids is across the street from the hotel. Every amenities you need surround this hotel. The breakfast room was very nice for visiting with friends. The hotel rooms were nice. The front has water, tea, and coffee available all day and all night.

We liked everything. The front desk gave us bottled water when we arrived. It was good since we were dehydrated.

Inside seemed to be much better condition than outside (mostly the road/driveway). Neat and clean inside. Employees during week were much friendly and nice than weekend crew!! Weekend front desk never even said hello. Weird.

Room was nice and quiet and in good condition. the bed itself was decent.

I requested housekeeping every other night and received none. Pillows on the bed were not good. Went flat immediately. There was not a variety of pillow types like most hotels these days. I requested extra pillows one morning and never got them. Had to make staff go to an unoccupied room to get extra pillows that evening. Front desk staff not great. One person has very strong accent and couldn't understand what I was saying, having to repeat myself multiple time. The other staff person chatted with someone about his personal life for quite some time while I was waiting to as a question and was completely ignored. Waited almost 10 minutes before I got help.

The location was exactly what I needed. It was an easy place to get in and out of. The hotel was pretty clean and the staff were generally pretty nice. I appreciated the water stations being open and available.

The elevator wasn't working while I was there which was rather inconvenient. The breakfast was decent though fairly greasy and the same each day.

The room was comfortable. The TV had great picture and the staff was super nice and helpful.

The pool was cold the entire 4 hours we stayed in it. Other than that, I loved the property!

Breakfast was very good. Staff there is very friendly. Have stayed here many times before.

On your website it said there was a king bed even though was queen room with two queen beds. Also couldn’t get credit from Marriott for nights stayed because I booked through a third party.g

I really liked the location. Proximity to shops, restaurants, and highways was a big plus. Wonderful staff made my whole family feel comfortable and very welcome. Room decore was pleasant, beds were comfortable, and bathroom functional. We stayed for seven days and every night was quiet, just ideal for sleeping.

I would like if the pool water was a bit warmer.
