This apartment was a real find - we were delighted to find that it genuinely was so central. There was a gorgeous pastry shop at the top of the street and when you open the door you are almost in a restaurant. The apartment was very clean and had more facilities than we expected or even used - we didn't need the washing machine etc but I imagine it is very handy for people staying longer. And even though we were right in the heart of the busy old city it was very quiet in the apartment. We absolutely loved Málaga and had a great time. Thanks.

A small lamp would be great if possible as the overhead light was very bright - but that's a tiny issue. And if there was a USB socket that would be even better for charging phones without bringing the plug - but again, a small issue!

Property is very central to the centre, one street off the hustle of the beautiful centre. The room size was big enough, the heater was a lovely addition to the room as in the nights it got a little cold in February. The owner was always available over WhatsApp for anything anytime, managed to get an early check in by luck which I asked for on the day. Also a fully equipped kitchen which is a great extra.

Two nights the busser/ doorbell went off which unfortunately woke me up. Room is very dark, no natural lighting and the bathroom is very small.

The property looks exactly like the pictures, it was spotlessly clean and the a/c was perfectly working. Really appreciated the sound proof window as the place is literally above restaurants and night clubs and the evening it is very busy and noisy, however you could not hear anything from the property. Very well insulated

The only downside I would say it’s the shower, we are 2 regular size people and the shower was extremely small, it was a bit of a struggle to be able to move inside

Location is great, comfy bed loved having a washing machine, large TV with internet ( YouTube) fridge ..all new super clean.. it's a very small loft packed with everything you need . I will probably return...

First of all I was looking for a Hotel not an apartment my search on Booking came up this place being a Hotel 🏨 . My stay was great nothing to complain but I prefer Hotels with proper reception staff etc. It is a small place great for 1 person would have been very cramped for 2 in my opinion

Location is excellent, in old town, steps away from so many cafes and restaurants. Really comfortable beds. We were in the attic, 2 bedrooms and small enclosed terrace. Air-con. Staff were pleasant and really helpful.

3 flights of stairs😂. We didnt really mind them but anyone with mobility issues would. Slight noise during the night as clubs emptied. Lack of power points in kitchen.

Clean, modern and centrally located. It was great to step out of the door and into the city centre within a few steps.

The block is has a central courtyard which lets light into the rooms without natural light (ours was one), which is a good design feature. However, the courtyard can be accessed from the ground floor and there were a couple of late night drink/chat sessions which made it difficult to sleep, as the noise travelled and echoes up to the roof.

I liked the comfortable layout of table and couch and the bottles of water, thank you. I also liked having a washer, I was 10 days into my trip. The bed was comfy too. I liked the location, close to everything.

I never figured out how to get hot water in the shower. by the time I though to ask it was late at night. also, my room was on the first floor in the front and right on the street, so I couldn't open the shutters. Although the location is close to everything, my GPS got confused a few times as there are more than one property named Tennessee Urban, be careful of that. They are close to each other, but one is around the corner and it took a day to figure that out!

The hosts are very responsive to messages, extremely polite and helpful. The room looks just like in the pictures. Everything is exceptionally clean. The location couldn’t be better – we were on the first floor with windows facing the street, but the street isn’t too noisy and the windows insulate well. Next time we’re in Málaga, we’ll choose the same apartment.

Design, amenities and location

Had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed (expected it to be available in the apartment on arrival). Safety box was locked and we had to ask them to fix the issue for us, but it was late and had to wait till the next day. Eventually we told them to forget about it since we were leaving the next day. Bathroom sink quite small. Hot water pressure almost nonexistent. Noisey, mainly because our apartment was on the first floor and right beside the entrance. Some guests would just stand around talking in the foyer, which could clearly be heard in our apartment. Upstairs apartment noises could be heard loudly. Sofa bed was of course not too comfortable.
