The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained with excellently friendly staff. The room included cable television and the hotel offers a paid breakfast, but we did not end up using those offerings. Directly outside the hotel is a tram stop and the nearest train station is 5-10 minutes' walk away, which is another short train ride from the Cologne central station.

Nothing that wasn't just personal taste, the hotel was an excellent experience. I would be grateful if prices were lower, but that's simply the state of the hotel industry.

The staff were all really welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with AC which was greatly appreciated on a day with 30+. I personally found the bed comfortable too. The location was conveniently close to the Sbahn, and Tram stop.

I had to give the key to the desk ever time I left. A bit strange but not a problem.

The most helpful and friendly staff. Tolga is a lovely young man and so helpful. The location was great, next to the main transport systems. A lovely neighbourhood with everything you might need on your doorstep. The native Germans are not so friendly but the people who have migrated here make it a welcoming place.

The beds were a little uncomfortable which meant we didn't get the best sleep.

The room was larger then expected, plenty of daylight, storage area. The staff were really nice and are there 24/7. Great AC during the summer.

The bathrooms feel really outdated compared to the rest of the room.

It was a cosy hotel. The location is nice, right next to a tram stop. The room was clean and came with all you need. The bed was comfy too. My single standard room faced the court with other buildings so it was quite quiet. The reception was open 24h and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower clogged a bit. And I could hear people slamming the doors of their rooms or the hallway. The airco was a bit old so probably not the most effective/energy-efficient.

The room was cozy, quiet, and clean, and the staff were cooperative and friendly too. The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station. Additionally, there are subway and Doner restaurants nearby.

The WiFi signals were low in the room, so I had to move around to get a connection. I could have requested them to fix it, but i didn't as my stay was short.

The hotel is perfectly located - one stop by train from the main railway station. I was attending an event in Lanxess Arena and it turned out it was practically just across the street. The room was not very big, but big enough for one person and quiet. The bed was comfortable.

1. Room was prepared, crib was there without even asking. 2. Clean. 3. Good value for money.

1. Seems like it is allowed to smoke, therefore you can feel the smell. 2. Could be quite noisy due to traffic, but closed windows mitigate it.

It was really easy to get to and also easy to get everywhere, the breakfast had a good selection of typical German breakfast items (bread, jam, cheese, tea, coffee, ...), the internet was fast enough and i had no connection problems

The AC didn't work, sleeping with an open window is not really possible because it is pretty loud outside, the beds were a bit too soft for my taste and all the towels got replaced every day even though they had a sign that said "if you want your towel replaced put them on the ground"

Great location, WiFi was strong. Close to train station and tram.

No fridge in the room. Had to split up our family of 4 into 2 rooms, but I think that seems the norm for Europe.
