It was my birthday had a blast the staff was excellent. The bartender was a little derogatory towards customers didn't really appreciate her condescending verbiage. I got a 16$ voucher for drinks I know at a hotel drinks are on the high end but I ordered a crown a cranberry and tried to ask her if that was 16$ but she cut me off . Watched her interact with other customers cutting them off and just condensing. A little compassion and customer service would go a long way on her end. Other customers say she was rude. Other than that loved it

The location was perfect! Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. Nice sized safe in the room.

Might be good for an overnight stay but not good for longer. No privacy for the shower area. Only two small drawers for clothes. No closet for clothes, only a rack. No place to put your luggage. We paid for the breakfast to be included but the hotel didn’t know anything about it. I had to show my receipt from Booking and they then honored it. The process for breakfast was not good. You had to go to the front desk to order from a very limited selection and then wait for your food to be called from a window. Not by name but for food item, so if more than one person ordered the item, it was confusing. This process needs to be rethought.

I did not like how the person that checked me in, I know he mis name started with a C, Clark or Craig maybe, told me to insert my card, I did, but he said it times out, so then I had to insert another card to pay for the room. I still have a holding charge in the first charge and he had the nerve to blame me for his mistake. What about if I didn’t have the funds available to place an additional hold? He is a know it all that didn’t know enough in regards to that transactions. I had to show him the hold in the first card because he claimed it didn’t take. Horrible customer service. Just apologize and admit the mistake.

We came for just a little day getaway and we wanted to swim. The pool was very nice. The only thing we did not like was we went to sit outside to dry and there was no access from the pool to the outside. I feel like your door should have a keypad to go in and out. We had to walk all the way around through the bar just to get back to the pool to get our stuff.

The pillows were a little too fluffy and just the access from your poolside to your outside other than that our stay was great

Even though the bartender was unprofessional, the bar was nice to have since it was too cold and rainy to walk around easton. The room was clean and it was quiet. Nice blow dryer in the room and good shampoo and conditioner. The mattress was comfy but the pillows could be better.

Our first room did not have a working TV so we had to move rooms. The frontdesk clerk was not very knowledgeable and seemed lost when I asked questions. The bartender argued with guests when she was asked if there were any tips for the pool table sticks. She asked the person she was arguing with, "Are you a guest here?" The person said no. She then stated "then you don't do me no good because when i say something the hotel doesn't do anything." She continued to argue and was cussing and came across unprofessional. Enough to the point we walked away. There is a restaurant available but it is pricey.

The staff at the Easton Town Center Aloft was by far the best I’ve seen in a long time! We were in town for my niece wedding. Front desk staff was vey accommodating. I was able to check in and got my room at 12pm. They answered a million questions I had as my older parents were checking in later that day & I was able to reserve a room on the lowest floor for them! The staff on after hours were amazing! The bartender working Saturday night was amazing! I wish I had their names! I can’t say enough about the level of service I received during my stay! Also my room was very clean and had everything I needed!

Staff, location

The location is in the heart of Easton town center and easy to get to the highway to go anywhere else, unbeatable location

The individual room was more euro like and lacked luxury. Rather it was basic and simple. There’s no formal bathroom, rather a room divider with the bed, no closet just a hanging rack. The top and sole advantage for this property is its location, which comes with sacrifices of comfort and luxury. Although the bed was very comfortable. It’s all that you need for a short stay.

The room was setup very nicely, we liked that it was different from most hotels. Very comfortable.

We liked everything about the hotel, so this wasn’t a huge issue and we didn’t feel like dealing with it. But, I booked a City View king and we were overlooking the parking lot. So I assume there was some sort of mixup and I’m not sure if there was an upcharge to have the city view but we didn’t receive it.

Location was great for what I needed

Only 2 hangers in the room. We had ordered extra coffee which wasn't there. Fortunately they found a room for me as the receptionist couldn't find my reservation. (Which is probably why there was no coffee) I asked to have my room cleaned each day but it was only done once so my trash piled up a bit.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was chic, clean and super convenient. I loved the cleanliness and the atmosphere! The decor was super fun!

The only complaint was the breakfast we paid for was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I spit it out on the first bite and threw it away. It took my husband 3 bites. We would stay here again, but eat breakfast elsewhere!
