The staff were all exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and very sweet to my dog who we brought along. The location was easily accessible, and the room was really clean and nice. Overall it was a nice stay.

The spa was nice, but a bit underwhelming. While I understand the hotel wants to be family friendly and cannot control all guests behavior, changing dirty diapers and screaming infants in the spa really detracted from the relaxation! I would prefer a spa which does not allow babies next time.

Excellent staff and lovely onsite restaurant. The pool and spa facilities were very good although you do have to pay extra and book these. Only minutes from the tram and staff have a handy map so we could find our way into Strasbourg.

We arrive at the same time as a very large coach group - which slowed down check in but the hotel can hardly be blamed for this.

The hotel is modern, clean and beautiful. The pool is very nice, and the price per night is very reasonable.

I was there for two nights. Friday night was in a very nice room in a new building. Four days later I also spent another night but it was in an old building that is part of the hotel. The new section was much nicer.

We had a short stop in our return trip to home back from from Italy, close to Strasbourg. The rooms are big, clean and very well furnished, staff is friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool and had a very nice dinner. It was a super nice stay! It's 10 minutes drive from the nice old town of Strasbourg The breakfast was complete and good. Recommended!!!

The room is big even for a family of four. The bed was huge and comfortable. The spa facilities are lovely and the staff are friendly.

We had to buy new swim shorts from the hotel to access the spa. The ones we had were prohibited since they were not “tight on the side”. However, when we went in the spa we saw four men wearing the swim shorts which were prohibited.

The use of the pool was a bit unclear. It was the reason to book the hotel, but didn’t use it in the end. The entrance to the business park is very narrow. Please be careful when entering the area.

Nice size room, breakfast buffet very good in terms of quality and variety.

We had not been told we must make a table reservation for dinner, and when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told there was no space. Fortunately the lovely restaurant lady gave us a table at the bar instead, and we had a great meal. For the wellness area, it was necessary to reserve 2 hours ahead (even just to use the pool) so unfortunately we weren’t able to swim.

Nice big rooms with comfortable beds & good shower. Free parking available & close to public transport, just 20 mins to Strassbourg center. Very clean. Easy checkin/out.

Use of swimming pool should be included in the room tariff. Wish they had a minibar/fridge

The staff amazingly welcoming specially Roumaissa. She spent the time to give me all the information I needed. It was my first time in Strabourg. She was extremely professional. The dinner was great as well and the staff were very accommodating. I loved the Spa area, clean and tidy.

The hotel is situated in the "Innovation Park" which it was perfect for us with our two huskies. The service was Top, from the Reception stuff to the cleaning stuff. Parking space it was enough, the SPA it is amazing... We definitely will return 😊

The restaurant is good option if you don't want to leave the area, but not the best food what we had. How ever the stuff are super friendly.
