the location lacks convenient bus access, requires a bit of a walk and climbing a slope to reach the nearest bus stop.

New hotel, clean rooms, tidy bedrooms, pleasant view, comfortable. Cafe, services and staff are all excellent. Comfortable parking. Good location (far from the crowd).

The air in the room was a little bit dry. For those who’s having any asthma symptoms please be aware. It is possible to ask for the humidifier or opening the window (though for the safety purposes it is originally closed and not clear how to use the mechanism). The staff is very friendly and helpful, so should be no problem.

Everything was absolutely amazing, I will definitely stay there again when I return to Busan. Songdo Beach was about a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel so it was amazing. Lots of cafes and restaurants around and they were open quite late. The café in the hotel was also great with amazing pastries and good bread. Room service was excellent as well and available quite late (we checked in at around 10 pm and food still arrived on time and piping hot. Fell in love with the bathroom and the stand alone bathtub, magical. Truly a 5 star experience.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Stunning views out across the sea and back towards Busan port. Very well air-conditioned. Quiet immediate neighbourhood - a couple of nice coffee shops/bakeries just around the corner, plus a 24-hour store. A few restaurants nearby, and then the beach is about a 5-min walk.

The only major disadvantage is that the hotel is not near to a metro station. It's about a 20-minute walk to the nearest station (being S Korea, this walk seems extremely safe at any time of day or night). That was fine for us - plus taxis/Ubers are cheap and easily available, so it's not a big deal. But if you're looking for somewhere that's lively in the evenings, this isn't it!

Fantastic spread of food with very pleasant staff at the breakfast buffet. You could even order eggs straight from the table! The room is fabulous with bathroom facing the bridge which is a fantastic view at night! Location wise, its right next to a cable car attraction which brings you over to the next "island" and it has a few eateries nearby too which is considered convenient.

The location though not easy to reach (as i am driving, i missed the exit and went up back the highway and had to pay a toll again and do a uturn). I am not sure if there is anything the hotel can do to ensure tourist who self drive do not miss the turn to the hotel if not they will go up the bridge again to highway to pay a toll.

absolutely top notch hotel! everything new and well designed, good wifi amazing friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and spacious room (family one) with great sea view, comfy beds and great bathroom, totally outstanding breakfast buffet with a great wide assortment just steps away from Songdo beach, close to local buses making trip to other city attractions, train station or airport easier and shorter, shops, cafes and restaurants nearby great value for money

Absolutely stunning hotel, we were so impressed with our room. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. The bath tub with the incredible view was a huge bonus and I enjoyed it a couple of times after a long day of walking! The staff are so friendly and helpful and we really liked the vibe. On the Cloud bar and restaurant was stunning! Location was great for us as we took Ubers everywhere (Nampo dong, Busan train station, Centum City) and it was so cheap. Nice bonus to have the discount to travel on the cable car nearby. The views from the bedroom were so beautiful, it really added to our experience of Busan and we would definitely stay here again!

At 7:30am in the morning, you can only have a full breakfast in the main dining hall, you cannot order a la carte just for coffee or tea which is a shame. The cafe doesn't open until later so the only option was in room service.

All the staff were so kind and considerate, smiling and very friendly we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped foot, the room was beautifully designed and they kindly gave us an upgrade for our honey moon, the mattress was so comfortable and we slept like a log the hotel has beautiful views of the sea, we look forward to returning one day. Flawless hotel and how hotels should run, cannot fault this hotel at all. Near by there is a convenience store that is 24hrs if you want mid night snacks!

This truly feels like a five-star hotel. The lobby is stunning, decorated with beautiful paintings and Christmas trees, creating a festive atmosphere. The staff at the lobby speak excellent English and ensured a seamless check-in experience. We stayed on the 24th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking—offering a near-panoramic perspective of Busan, with the ocean and picturesque mountains in the background. For just $130 USD per night, it was absolutely worth it!

You need to reserve a specific time slot to use the swimming pool, which feels quite unusual. Many amenities come with additional charges that you'd typically expect to be included in a five-star hotel experience. The fridge is fully stocked with beverages that require extra payment, leaving no space to refrigerate your own items. We had to ask the staff to store our cake elsewhere for us. Additionally, the restaurant staff speak limited English, making it difficult to communicate some of our requests.

Immaculate facility and outstanding staff. Lots of eating options nearby and the cable car is around the corner.

Ocean view was a little less impressive than I was expecting. Nearby beach was dirty. Pool policy is a little too restrictive, but that does result in few guests in the pool at one time. The road to the hotel was hard to navigate by car the first day we arrived and we ended up going back and forth on the bridge and under the tunnel a few times.
