Great new accommodation with great price/quality ratio. Spacious and new, with all amenities required. Location is ok, close to Cable Car but not super central. Songdo Beach is good, but it takes a while to get to other locations such as Old Town, Haeungdae, etc. But we really enjoyed our stay!

Not really critical point but serious recommendations: 1. Provide instructions before and in the appartment in English, since you are on booking.com you will receive more international guests and this is their first impression 2. Some more western oriented curlery such as knives, forks, plates and larger pans would be helpful 3. Remote communcation is ok, but intensify it a bit and more customer oriented, this is the hospitality business

Nice view from balcony of the bay and cable car. Very comfortable bed, fresh towels every day. High end appliances but no manuals. Everything looks new and good quality

Very limited kitchenware it would be difficult to self cater. Not even a tea towel and the sponge left for washing up was old and unhygienic. It would be really helpful to have instructions for the appliances in the apartment

View is amazing, the bathroom is nice. The size of the room of the room is good.

No big towels - had to ask. TV is huge, but no english menu. Not enough utensils for cooking. Pillows are too hard and only per person. No place to dry clothes, though there is a washing machine.

The location and the view were great

The furniture requires an update. Very basic amenities, no water glasses or iron included. Staff member not able to assist as she „was busy”. Please consider more staff who would be available to assist guests. Smelly rubbish on the floor outside the door to the apartment. It is not a hotel - more a holiday letting.

The view was great. The apartment was clean and spacious. The mattress was really comfortable.

The location wasn't ideal. It's pretty far away from anything, but we knew this when we booked the room. Also, the bed sheets had some yellow stains on them, which was weird. Other that this, the apartment was clean.

great location, super beach ocean view, very light apartment with huge windows, very comfortable, clean, modern,self check in. We booked that apartment for 1day and prolonged it for several days because it’s amazing . the bath with a city view is so great. a huge balcony is amazing. we adore this place

no iron, but haven’t seen irons in any hotels we stayed in Korea. Maybe they don’t use it, I don’t know. anyway it didn’t spoil our stay here

New building and good location with a view. There are some restaurants, bakeries and bus stops in walking distance.

1. Check-in time at 4 pm. 2. Kitchen is not equipped to cook anything besides fried eggs, maybe. I don’t cook while I travel so it was not an issue for me. 3. No laundry detergent. I bought a box of it.

Amazing view, very kind staff, well equipped.

The check-in message did not arrive, had to go in person and it turned out their server was down and they could not send the message. The staff apologised and it was all good, but waiting was a bit stressful.

Pillows are cheap, lack of service, poor communication with host. Location is far from Busan main areas such Haeundae and Gwangalli beach, or Seomyeon area. No body towels provided. No grocery stores near.

Studio apartment. You arrive in a clean room before arriving at your apartment. You must do the cleaning yourself or for a fee.

I was expecting a washing machine and iron in such an apartment.
