The hotel was very clean and convenient and the staff was very kind and helpful. They even let me check in 6 hours early due to my meeting schedule changed against a fraction cost of the room fee. I just used the room and apart from that the fitness room which was quite nice with convenient machines and towels. It just missed a waterdispenser. The room with sea view and balcony is highly recommended. It isn't huge, but it is layed out well and also had a nice desk to work at so definitely a plus you're in Busan for business. Also there is a 24-hour convenience store and two nice cafes (especially Neruda) right next to the hotel at ground level.

The elevators are a bit strangely designated and layed out, but there are a lot of them. So you don't have to wait long. Just it seems too many people hit all the buttons and I ended up a number of times stopping multiple times at floors on the way up or way down where other people most probably already took one of the other elevators. There should be a general "switch off" if people waiting got one of the other elevators. Just a tip.

Absolutely Loved the roomy size of the Asian rooms. It was clean and the staff was great. Even though it was summer the floors were mildy heated so when you sleep on the floor, the blankets would warm up. But of course not too hot, just perfect enough for a good night sleep. Bed was comfey as well. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We had a bath so it made the stay even greater to take a hot bath after a steamy day of running around summer.

The parking is pretty cool but is super difficult for large cars, but at $2 or 3000krw, it was a steal. This is just general annoyance with every asian hotel stay, but the automatic lights when you enter the room is super great until you head to the bathroom in the middle of the night and wakes everyone bc the light turns on.

The place is really nice and very well located. I had reservations on how distant it looked from the city centre, but it is actually really well connected to the centre and the train station (from which you can reach all major attractions). Songdo, it's a much nicer beach than others I saw, and there is much to do even without leaving the area. Laundry service working well.

The breakfast is skippable. For Europeans, there is not much that reflects our habits. I am sure someone could say: 'you're not in Korea to eat like at home'. I totally agree, but the fact remains that some dishes with rice and spicy cabbage for breakfast for me are just too much. I found that going around in cafés is much more authentic and actually cheaper.

The hotel situated at the Songdo beach (1st line), what could possibly be better than that? A bit far away from the main Busan attractions, but if you need a calm place to stay, Grab the Ocean Songdo is your choice to go. The bus stop is close to the hotel, takes 20 minutes to get to the center of the city. You can use exchange currency service right at the front desk (3rd floor) and top up the tmoney card for transportation around Busan in any nearest to the hotel convenient stores like CU, GS25, and etc.

The instruction to use a laundry machine was unclear - everything is written in Korean, but can be translated in English too for convenient use of coin laundry .

the location is great - right on the beach and overlooks the water and songdo cable cars. food is accessible too. but needed a taxi/uber to get around directly from the hotel. to get to the main streets would need go up a steep hill - not as accessible as seoul. the cable car is great on a clear day - recommend the clear bottom ones. leads to a park at the end - check it out - lots of fun and lush and green. the skywalk was closed due to rain but looks very cool and within walking distance from the hotel. gym was small but sufficient. can run along the beach as well. staff very helpful and calls taxi's for you. the mats were really thin and asking for an extra one cost extra. the rooms were very roomy and clean.

mats for sleeping on the floor were really thin and asking for a second one would have cost extra. recommend a thicker floor mattress.

Unbeatable views, incredible value — Grab the Ocean Songdo is a hidden gem in Busan. One of the best parts of our stay was waking up to that view — absolutely breathtaking. The ocean stretched endlessly outside our window, and being so close to the Songdo cable car just made the whole experience even more magical. You're also within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the coastal walkway — the location is honestly perfect for a laid-back but scenic trip. Yes, parking was a bit tricky, but that’s just Busan in general — can’t really blame the hotel for that. What they lacked in parking convenience, they made up for in service. The staff was kind, responsive, and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. There’s a 24/7 convenience store right inside the hotel, which was super helpful, and the breakfast restaurant on the first floor offered a delicious variety of local Korean dishes. The hotel’s own buffet restaurant had not just great food but a gorgeous ocean view to go with it — a perfect spot to enjoy a meal or just sip coffee. Plus, having places like Starbucks downstairs made mornings easy. It’s rare to find a place with this kind of view, comfort, and location without a luxury price tag. I would 100% recommend staying here — and would definitely come back.

Parking at the hotel might not be available always, especially during holiday season like ours. But there is street parking, public parking nearby at walking distance.

Nice location, near to the bus stop 10 min. ride from the famous Biff sqaure. We had a ocean view room and the view was pleasant. The room was clean.

The balcony was nice but has no furniture to stay in. The breakfast is served until 10 am but last entrance is at 9.30 am (almost in all the hotel we visited in South Korea), they need more employees at the restaurant if they want to serve more than 50 room's guests in such a short time...also they must be able to understand elementary english without the support of a translation app

The hotel is in a beautiful location, easily accessible, many attractions are nearby, but almost everything is easily accessible. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is clean. I can only recommend it.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not entirely suitable for us. It was more like local specialties. There was no lemon for tea and they didn't give us warm milk if we asked. There was no cold cuts at all. However, there was local cooked food. Which we don't eat.

Liked the room. It was comfortable and clean. Loved the view from the balcony most especially. Songdo beach is a beautiful area and we really got to appreciate it's beauty from the room. There was a convenience store and two Cafés (Blue Shaak and Starbucks) on the ground floor of the hotel. Several restaurants (especially local seafood joints) withing walking distance. Tourist attractions nearby that I took note of were the Songdo Cloud Trail and Busan Air Cruise.

Can't think of anything really. We were really happy with our stay.

The location and the room were absolutely fantastic. You have to travel a bit more for all the sightseeing, but the beach was at least for us almost empty all the time and it was really calm. There is also a convenience store right at the bottom of the building! We took the junior suite and definitely did not regret. The room was spacious, it had a massage tub (which we used heavily after all the walking we did!). One day we woke up early and saw dolphins swimming in the sea just in front of the hotel. What a view! We also appreciated the work of the staff, the cleaning ladies were thorough and everyone was very helpful. Late checkout was not a problem for a tiny fee.

To be completely honest we were not too excited with the breakfast buffet. Not that tasty and the selection could be a bit more exciting. Especially would love a better veggie/fruit selection. The orange juice was really good though! Also the wifi was not too great. We were trying to watch the rugby world championship on our iPad and it was a headache..
