The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions from the staff, who were also very responsive to messages. You simply retrieve your lift access card from a machine on Level 2. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk from the bus stop, and there's a CU convenience store on the ground floor. Our room was clean and comfortable. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the separate bathroom and toilet, which is perfect for our group of three adults. Additionally, the sea view from our room is stunning, especially given the price.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Room was super clean and modern and the bed was really comfortable. Check in was easy, all automated and you can leave your bags in a safe spot before and after. We had a great view of the beach, ocean and cable cars going to the sky park. Amnam park is nearby, lots of restaurants and 2 min from a bus stop that takes you to/from the KTX Busan Station (30min) and Jalgachi (20min). We enjoyed Songdo because it was quieter than Haeundae but still close to alot of Busan.

This hotel is definitely in a great spot! The building has 2 hotel owners, Urbanstay and Grab by the Ocean, but instructions for check in with Urbanstay was very clear. They can also be easily reached via chat. Restaurants everywhere and plenty of coffee shops and convenience store. The area to pick up taxi is walking distance too. The cable car/Busan Sky Cruise view and the water is magnificent. Loved waking up to it! Would book here again.

I like the location. The semi luxurious feel of the room without breaking the bank, and the view of ocean was just perfection. Also, the bathroom was top tier. I truly recommend staying here. I wish we stayed for longer than 2 nights.

I didn't like that we got half a roll of toilet paper for three people to use amongst each other.

My TV didn't work the first night. At least it wouldn't connect to Netflix, YouTube nor regular TV (there was only audio). The next day I unplugged the TV from outlet and then when I hooked it up again it worked, at least YT did.

The scenery which is fronting of Songdo beach. There are a lot of restaurants in the area in which you can easily find a place to eat.

The location is a but far from public transportation like train and bus.

The accommodation was very clean and even had a balcony. The toilet was very modern with all the typical functions of a japanese toilet. I really enjoyed the view on the beach and sea. Because of the contactless check in and check out it was very fast and easy. I would book it again

Great sea view, modern room, balcony, funcional bathroom, great value for price in general, close to the bus stop and a lot of convience stores. I have stayed with my friends for a few days and it was perfect for this trip.
