Booked higher grade to get nice view of the beach. Comfortable couch to laze but need to sanitise it. Like the design of the room though toilet and bathroom a bit small. Wardrobe spacious enough to hang clothes and put stuff. The 2 staff ( Lee & Tong Sil ) at Songdo Kitchen are marvellous and super attentive.

Lift very slow. Beware if u arrive and decide to check in earlier you will be expected to fork out extra 22000 won (USD16) plus 5% tax per hour. They don't care whether you are suffering from jet lag or unwell. Food for breakfast is repetitive. No toothbrush provided for free. Need to purchase.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from Busan airport and 15 minutes to Gamcheon Village. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was quite spacious and had an incredible view of Songdo beach. It was comfortable and clean, with to toilets on offer. The hotel also provided us with a water filter to lessen the use of plastic bottles. Buffet breakfast was included in the deal, which was quite nice. If you don't include breakfast, there were amazing restaurants and cafes to go to, overlooking the beach. There's also a convenient store next to the lobby so if you are in need of snacks or drinks, you can go there. If you are craving for some really good Japanese food, the Ramen Restaurant which is walking distance from the hotel is a must. The food was delicious. We enjoyed exploring this little piece of paradise. Highly recommend this hotel.

I love to stay in this hotel for many reasons the location is perfect, the staff very polite and the hotel beautiful.

Overall, my experience at Fairfield by Marriott Busan Songdo Beach was great; the room was spacious, and there was a wide variety of food on offer at breakfast. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also quite delicious. A great hotel to choose if you plan on visiting Gamcheon Culture Village, Songdo Sky Park, or Songdo beach - (but something to keep in mind, it's a bit far from other attractions in Busan).

At times, other guests next door were a bit noisy.

Room was spacious, airy and had such a good view of the beach/sea! Breakfast buffet had a really good spread also. Front desk staff were very friendly and even offered to help us call a taxi to the train station on our checkout. It was also very helpful to have a convenience store right outside the hotel too!

Location but not a huge gripe as we could still take taxis around. It seemed like the nearest bus stop/train station was quite far away which was not very convenient for public transportation.

This was our favourite place to stay in S Korea. The staff were super friendly, so convenient to have the convenience store next door, the view was amazing and always charming with the ships out to sea, the room was immaculate. We just got a taxi everywhere we went - to Busan station it was around $10 Australian which for a family of four took the hassle out of public transport.

View is incredible. Ocean view gets the sunrise. Breakfast had a reasonably good spread. Just not much fresh fruit. I was impressed by the open bathroom in the room. Although not traditionally private, still a very smart design to maximise the space for the layout. The shower door can also be utilised as the toilet door. Sufficient bathroom amenities supplied and bottled drinking water.

We came during Winter. The hotel controls the AC temperature for the building and we found it to be quite hot in the room. Had to open the window for fresh air however, the sounds on the street made it a bit bothersome. Also, you are able to hear other people in their rooms close by and in the corridor.

- Beautiful view from the room - Convenient location near the beach if you want to spend time there - Close to many different stores and restaurants - There are several bus stops close to the hotel, also easy to get a cab to any place in the city.

- At breakfast 3 out of 4 days the coffee machine didn't work - There was not enough chair/benches near the laundry for comfortable waiting, had to sit on the floor or stand on your feet

Great location directly at the beach, modern, spacious and clean rooms. There is public transportation (buses) reachable with a 5 min walk behind the hill of the hotel which easily bring you to Center of Busan (Biff square, jagalchi fish market, shopping area, Busan main station). Naver app is recommended for navigation.

Shower and toilet shared one door. At busier times there was a waiting time and queue until we could get seated for breakfast (max 20 min in our case on weekend) Would recommend to avoid busy breakfast times at outlined by the hotel information.

Almost everything! The beach view from the room was perfect! Two mins away from the beach, there’s also a trail to run around, choices of restaurant around.

It’s not really that I didn’t like, but could be better if there’s a chair that can be use for writing or eating than sitting in the couch, because if food or drink accidentally spill on the couch it will stain. And i was in need of chair to paint on my stay. But they give me right away when i asked though.
