Staff was very cooperative and the room was very clean. Sometimes it can be a little iffy to take a bath at a hotel, but the tub was completely spotless. No complaints about this hotel, keep it up!

Only negative is there’s no breakfast options, but that is known when you rent a room.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We choose this location for a 2 week stay that was very economical. We were shown 2 rooms and got to choose which we preferred (first or second floor). In house laundry was a plus. The room had everything we needed, was clean and plenty of space for 2. Parking lot was well lit and building entry controlled.

It could be a little noisy in the evening when everyone was returning back to their rooms but quiet overnight. Bedding was a little on the lighter side but we brought extra blankets.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 7 days for work. I have yet to find anything to complain about. With an affordable rate, a prim location for shopping/dinning, and anything to do in Columbus. I'm staying at this location for another week, which I wouldn't be doing if I was unhappy with any part of my stay.

Since arriving, I haven't run into any issues or have any complaints in my first 7 days stay.

The staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. Much better than most places and even better than some 5 star hotels.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better.
