A great location for visiting local gardens such as Kiftsgate and Hidcote Manor. Easy parking. Very good food, and a nice outdoor eating area. Clean room and very comfortable bed. I would stay here again, but would ask for a different room.

We were in room 4. Unfortunately there is a lot of noise from the kitchen below and from a door constantly banging in the hallway. I think it is the door to the gents toilets, which needs to be on a soft close mechanism. Don't have this room if you need an early night or a nap before dinner. Also there is a step in the room between the bathroom and the bedroom, which is a bit of a trip hazard, especially in the dark.

We enjoyed the authentic feel of the Ebrington Arms, our room was quirky but comfortable and spacious, and there were plenty of hooks to hang coats etc. The staff were very helpful - taking time to attend to us and answer our questions. The restaurant atmosphere was pleasant and it was nice to sit outside for a drink and nibbles in the early evening. We happened to stay over the weekend and made a good choice to enjoy their delicious Sunday roast lunch. The location of Ebrington Arms was perfect for us to explore surrounding villages, as we made connections to family history in the vicinity.

Our room doorway entry was lower than normal - but this is in keeping with the original hotel I believe. Being tall, my husband hit his head a few times as he forgot to bend his head!

Typical old fashioned rural English pub/hotel. Beautiful scenery and a nice big beer garden. The deputy manager and the housekeeper were very friendly & helpful.

It was a bit too far from Chipping Campden & a bit isolated. The young gentleman who booked us in needs to learn customer care a little better. Walking away while a customer is asking you something & answering without looking back is a bit rude. He was a bit cold and didn’t seem very interested. The rest of the staff were lovely. The breakfast was nice but streaky bacon seems a bit out of the 70’s. The sausage was lovely but a bit more toast would’ve been nice.

The breakfast and dinner was excellent - both food and friendly staff. The inn has immense charm.

The rooms are OK but are difficult in some respects for less able people - we stayed 2 nights in two different rooms - one room (no. 2) was smallish (they are very old) but with comfortable bed and convenient shower - the other room (no. 1) was larger however the bathroom was down some steepish steps and there was only a difficult-to-access bath with a shower hose. If you have mobility issues you should contact the hotel for your best options. Overall a great stay.

Very cosy and lovely place. Don’t feel like hotel at all. Helpful staff. Easy to find even through dark roads!

Room I had was located just next to restaurant and toilets I could hear people and staff and smell food through the door. Other rooms located upstairs and I think would be much better . Although it was okay after 11 pm as pub was closing. Confusing entry. I was travelling after 5 pm in winter and it was dark. Parked car and walked up with my suitcase to entry which wasn’t marked as one but I giver it a go. Came in and felt like walking into pub, reception was with waiter…. Walked through with my suitcase where people was eating. Very different but confusing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ebrington Arms, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes charm and comfort, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The food was absolutely delightful. Every meal I had was expertly prepared, with fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. It's clear that the chefs put a lot of care into their dishes. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, I was consistently impressed with the quality and presentation. The service was equally remarkable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured that my stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. They were always happy to help with any requests, and their welcoming demeanor truly added to the incredible experience.

A super pub in wonderful countryside. Everything was great and for the money, I would recommend very highly. I was welcomed and checked in nicely. The beer was excellent and the bar was just as I'd hoped, oldy worldly, but super smart. Dinner was amazing and the wine selection excellent. Breakfast lovely and check out smooth and friendly.

Difficult to pick fault for the price. However, if I was travelling for fun, rather than work, I might choose to stay somewhere within walking distance of amenities. However, if you want to stay and eat in a great pub, I would highly recommend.

Had a lovely relaxing few nights here, our room and bathroom were well furnished and comfortable. The bar and restaurant area was cozy and welcoming especially with the open fire going. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant the 3 nights the food was top class, not cheap but no different to other restaurants in the area. It’s an excellent base to explore the Cotswolds by car would like to return one day

There were a few difficulties checking us in and out, staff didn’t seem to be able to work the system but this did not impact on our stay at all

Really lovely pub in a beautiful location. Our room was gorgeous, nice bath tub to relax in after a long walk (although sadly one night we only had cold water 😟). Staff were really friendly and breakfast was delicious. The pub has the perfect atmosphere in the evenings too. Seemed to have a few locals in it which we loved. I’d highly recommend staying here!

I personally found the mattress a little hard. The only thing that could make this place better is a slightly better quality mattress, but I’m just being picky! Don’t hesitate to stay here. You will love it! 😃

The staff was friendly and polite, and the food was lovely. Nice location. Comfortable bed.

We booked a Deluxe king room, but when we queried this, we were told all the rooms were the same. Our room was smaller than expected, and there was a humming noise most of the time coming from the roof It seemed to be a boiler or something going, and at times, it was very loud and kept us awake. The door was hard to open and close, and there was no wardrobe or drawers to put our clothing in. Beverages were not replaced in the room for the next day with a bare minimum supplied. There was no housekeeping in the room. We stayed 2 nights.
