This was our second stay at Smallbrook Cottage. Gorgeous home with car parking spaces. We like the location, being about 45 minute walk from the beautiful village of Broadway. Our room was spacious and very clean, with tea and coffee making facilities and a jar of cookies. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite super clean and light. Our hosts, Lucinda and Lawrence, were friendly, informative and kind. Thank you for the cookies and carrots! Breakfast was the best ever, cereal, fresh berries, yoghurt, toast and a full English. Just fabulous! When we go back to the Cotswolds, this will be our first choice for accommodation.

Absolutely nothing.

Lovely room, great breakfast in a beautiful dining space, large bed, location was a short 15min walk into Broadway...good pubs and restaurants in the village (the broadbean and broadway hotel were great 4 dinner...otis and belle was great for cake, as was the guilt trip for doughnuts and coffee)... Lucinda was super helpful, welcoming and kind. She gave us some local tips and accomodated a later check in and early breakfast so we could get out for parkrun! Facilities in the room covered everything we needed...plus...cookies! The resident doggos were very sweet and joined us 4 a cuddle at breakfast

Nothing, great stay!

The location was a relatively short walk from the centre, the room was a nice size which had a very comfortable bed and perfect pillows, we slept so well considering the high winds. There were delicious cookies provided in the room with tea/coffee making facilities, the small en-suite bathroom was more than ample for us, and came with hand-wash, shampoo, towels and even dressing gowns. The bedroom was decorated with a creative feel and was very clean and tidy. There was ample off street parking too. Both Lucinda and Lawrence were very friendly, and the breakfast was very nicely home cooked, we’ll definitely stay there again next year, thanks both.

Nothing at all

Fantastic property, clean and comfortable, biscuits and hot drinks on arrival were a lovely touch. We were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. Amazing breakfast and the attention to detail was great. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful, but he grounds we beautifully kept, Thankyou so much for having us stay in your beautiful home.

The only Down side was the tv signal, we like to watch a bit of tv to wind down on an evening and the signal was terrible, Netflix was provided but if someone else was watching we couldn’t access anything on there. Other than that we couldn’t fault a thing about our stay.

Lucinda & Lawrence run a terrific establishment on the edge of the picturesque town of Broadway. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Cotswolds from our base at Smallbrook Cottage. Our room was all we expected with a very comfy bed. Great choices for breakfast set us up for a great start to the day. We had car trouble while staying at Smallbrook Cottage & without Lawrence & Lucinda’s help we would have been held up from continuing with our holiday. We highly recommend Smallbrook Cottage to see and explore the Cotswolds

My husband and I had an excellent stay at SmallBrook Cottage this month! Our hosts were very helpful with advice for walks in the local area and served an excellent breakfast (fruit, toast, plentiful cooked breakfast). We were able to use the cottage as a base to visit other villages in the Cotswolds and our stay was all the better for the tips from our hosts - how to best access Broadway Tower on foot and where else to visit! The room we stayed in was lovely with tea / coffee-making facilities and cookies, and if we needed anything we could just ask. Highly recommended stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at SmallBrook Cottage. The service provided by the hosts was second to none, felt very personal and made the stay very comfortable. It felt like a home from home. Breakfast was excellent and they provided very well for our dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend.

The road is loud next to the room we stayed in however we got used to it.

Lovely property, beautifully decorated for Christmas. Spacious bedroom, super clean and very comfy bed. Hot powerful shower. Fantastic full english breakfast! Cereal, yoghurt and fruit also available. Parking spaces right at the front of the property. Very close to Broadway, 20 minute walk, 5 mins in the car. Lucinda and Lawrence lovely hosts.

We loved it all!

We had a delightful stay in SmallBrook Cottage. We were supplied with everything we needed for the stay, the accommodation was very comfortable, and very well maintained and clean, and to top it off in the morning we had a superb and classic English breakfast. It is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Broadway down country paths, although one could equally walk alongside the road, on pavements all the way.

Great location as just a 15 minute stroll fro. The high street where there are shops, cafes and bars. As you can imagine there are quite a few places to eat and a lot of them are very expensive but there are a couple that are reasonably priced like the horse and hound. Our room was a good size with a good sized ensuite. All of the linen and towels smelled amazing too! The hosts were very friendly and helpful during our stay.
