Beds were SOOOOOOO COMFY! I’m a smoker so I like I just have to open the door to smoke outside my room than having to go through lobbies and such.

not a complaint of mine but it’s two floors. There is two sets of steps so if you can not do stairs.

The beds were so comfortable and the location. Everything was clean. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

The bed would vibrate and you could hear every foot step when someone was walking past the room.

Check in was confusing as I made an error on date..ended up booking room in person and sorting out the refund later as it was late night and we were tired. Called back to rivhwood Monday. I think problem is solved. Waiting on a refund

No Breakfast. Went to Pancake house. Desk Staff were very friendly. Room looked recently renovated and updated. Very clean. Stayed 2 nights so we could see both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great.

Free Breakfast would have been nice. Would have preferred a lower floor room, but I guess I should have ensured that when I booked it. Couldn't see my car from my room, which I prefer.

The location was good, quiet and quaint. The facility was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was amazing and the floors weren't carpet so they are easy to keep clean which in my opinion is a great. The staff was friendly and the price was good.

The toilet wasn't completely secured to the floor and the bathroom door was difficult to close, otherwise everything was great.

Staff went out of their way to fix booking

The bathroom was small and had to step over small sill to get in the shower. I booked for disabled and it really wasn't

I’ve been to this hospital tel twice now and both times I booked a king room but they give me a double when I get there

The beds were exceptionally comfortable!

The customer service was sub par. Every time I went into the lobby I had to search for an employee. Both times they were outside (these times were not at odd hours).

No breakfast, just coffee

Nothing. it was fine for our purposes i.e. 1 night stay on our way to the next stop.
