It was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were willing to help and with a smile on their faces! The breakfast was great. Plenty of variety and the woman who takes care of it even came and picked up our dirty plates for us…and smiled while she worked! They were all very pleasant. And our room couldn’t have been better, clean, quiet, and comfortable bed. What more do you need?

The room was really nice, along with the bathroom. I enjoyed the continental breakfast that was offered. It was great to have laundry services available to wash clothes. It was pretty quiet where my mom and I stayed at.

There really wasn’t anything wrong with the property.

The room was clean and well kept. the hotel was in a great location, centrally located amongst tourist interests, and restaurants were available nearby. The breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy but edible and convenient.

Would have liked a nicer view on the side facing the airport. We could not see the fireworks from our room.

I was displeased with the fact no one can help me get on the Internet I had to call the phone number. In the whole time was too long so I never got on the Internet

Very courteous staff and they even extended our stay for 3 hours as our flights got delayed. So we dint have to roam around without room. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean and nice.

We had to stand at the front desk for 20-25 mins because the front desk staff didn't know how to work the computer and couldn't find our reservation even after showing them the confirmation. After 2 video calls later to another employee not on site we finally got to our room to eat our cold supper after our flight. Love holiday Inn but the staff could use some more training if they're gonna run the front desk

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Staff was nice but I didn't feel the welcome I feel at other hotels. They were a bit standoffish. Breakfast was tasty but the omelet was just lukewarm at best. Very small pool that is outside so we could not swim because it was cold and raining.
