It is an amazing apartment! The staff is very kind and friendly. Quick response. We arrived quite late but had no problem to get the fob at the reception which opens the door and the car park. We parked our car in the basement parking bay and it seemed super safe with a shutter door. Soon we became very happy looking at our room. We were 4 guys and the staff made us rest all with the beds. The room was very clean and quiet. Whole alley is silent. It was like home when we take showers and warm water came out well. All the gadget were managed perfectly. My friends all mentioned that they will visit here again when they come back to Calais.

It is a bit far away from the restaurants but no problem walking after drink. People who like to take full rest will surely love this apartment. You can enjoy a real local bakeries nearby, too.

The building was beautifully designed and laid out: very modern and welcoming. It is shared by senior residents, who enjoy playing games in the public areas, and members of the public like us staying in apartments. The small swimming pool was very relaxing with a view over the garden and some lovely changing areas. There were also some cardio machines. We also enjoyed the free session on the automatic massage table: it was blissful! The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to keep residents and visitors happy. We had a 1 bed apartment which was spacious, clean and well-equipped. There was even a balcony and free biscuits plus coffee for the filter coffee machine.

Sadly, the sauna was out of order when we visited and the showerhead tended to slide down the rail.

The spacious apartment was clean and tidy, modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Small balcony. We ordered breakfast for the next morning by filling out a breakfast-slip and the next day everything was ready on a tray, with freshly poured coffee and juice. We took our breakfast to our apartment. Pet friendly 🐶. Perfect for a stopover on the way to the ferryboat.

The hotel is to be found in the middle of a one-way system of very narrow roads, it was a little bit difficult to reach and we ended up having to go the wrong way down a one-way street, fortunately it was the middle of the night and there was no oncoming traffic 😅

This was our first visit to Domitys and it was exceptional. This was amazing it would appear to be a sheltered housing community complex for seniors citizens. They rent rooms to travellers and this helps for the upkeep of the building. The apartment was huge with wide doors and facilities for disabled travellers. It was bright clean and airy, well apponted and modern.It was very clean and had its own cooking facility and the bed was very comfortable. We know where we will be staying on our first/last night on our next trip. As a base for the north coast of France, superb. We can highly recommend The Domity.

The residence is in a quiet area near to family we were visiting. The apartments are very well equipped with coffee, filters, tea etc. there is a microwave and enough cutlery and pots and pans for self catering. We usually only stay a night so haven’t tried the hob. The apartment is spacious. Really very good and comfortable for the price which includws underground secure parking. This is about our 4th visit and we’ll be back.

The water was a bit luke warm this morning but it may have been because everyone was taking their shower at the same time.

Smashing little apartment 10 minute drive from the centre of Calais and in a quiet neighbourhood. Its a residential apartments for the elderly but don't let this put you off. We had a little balcony to sit outside and enjoy a French vin. It's not too far from the Port of Calais (about 10 minute drive). I reckon the walk to the centre of Calais would be a good 30 minutes. Perfect nights stay before we continued our journey to the Dordogne.

I went for an early morning swim at 7am but the pool doesn't open 'till 8am. Toilet is separate to the bathroom. Being a little picky.

Lovely modern spacious 2 bedroom apartment with included parking also has indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa facilities. (Which were great as we were the only ones using these facilities). Apartment is equipped with some cutlery and dinnerware (but could add maybe more cooking utensils). Bedding and towels were included which was plentiful I would suggest adding some more pillows on the beds and some cushions in the living room as sofa is quite uncomfortable without them. Location within easy quick drive to Calais port and local centre. We stayed for a 3 nights when we arrived we were speechless there was lots of eldrerly in the reception area and we were worried what we’d let ourselves in for but it was fine (booking.com does not state this is an apartment in a retirement complex). Overall we were not disappointed and enjoyed our stay here the negatives I’ve mentioned had no impact on our stay and are just merely my opinions.

Perfect for stopover to France or going to the UK, particularly with an elderly parent; private covered parking on demand, health-club facilities & small pool as well bar & restaurant on site but need to be reserved a week in advance

I have contacted the reception 5 fives to request their menu to book dinner on my arrival but never got the daily changing menu, nor the meal cost and in fact my table never got booked so ended up not eating any dinner. Also their Breakfast's price is 10 Euros even if only for a yoghurt.

Very spacious, and easily accessible by lift with my wheelchair. Reasonably well equipped. Useful to have exits onto both sides of the building.

Despite being a wheelchair user, I was given a room right at the very end of the corridor. Cooking facilities did not provide an oven, just hob. Pool looked very nice but swimming caps were mandatory (advanced warning would it be helpful) but not provided unless you bought one. The complimentary 'massage' was on a waterbed which was very difficult to get on and off

The space and layout of the apartment. It was well equipped and well thought out. We found it very comfortable and a great way to end our French holiday. We'd definitely use it again. Everyone were so friendly and so handy for getting to the Tunnel.

My only gripe was the amount of dog poo outside and around the apartments. We have noticed that dog owners in France don't pick up after their dogs which is a shame. We have 2 dogs that came with us and the grassy areas were so full of dog poo they refused to toilet.
