The property was extremely large and spacious and had amazing amenities!! The pool was heated so you can swim even in the winter!! The spa has a few different options including an indoor hot tub and multiple options outdoors with 3 different temperature tubs that can have a waterfall option as well, there is a wet sauna and a dry sauna for your convenience as well. The view from our room was absolutely stunning there’s simply no better view in the whole Eilat we chose the deluxe sea view. We also dined in at the hotels restaurant for dinner which had plenty of different options as it was buffet style which is also nice because you can eat at your own pace and however little or much you you want, The breakfast as well had various options including an omelet station and delicious and pancakes which is my personal favorite!! Lastly, the managerial staff was above and beyond and went out of their way to accommodate us in the nicest ways possible their extremely kind and caring when it comes to their hotel guests! I’d like to specifically thank Rinat for originally taking care of us when we first came in and last but certainly not least Sandra the customer relations manager who as well sent us a nice fruit platter to the room and took care of us in many more more ways than most other hotels have in the past, she is clearly someone who deeply cares about her guests as if we were staying at her own personal home ❤️

when we arrived we were greeted with smiles all around, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the room was clean and welcoming, we loved the balcony. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff greets you at the door and walks you to your table. my daughter dropped a plate and it broke and with in 1 min it was cleaned and one of the staff members was handing my daughter a new plate with a smile and reassurance that everything was ok. our last night at the hotel we had bought a bottle of wine from the store around the corner but did not have a wine opener, we called the front desk and the response was it is on its way. seconds later the phone rang to ask if we had wine glasses, less than 5 minutes later we have a bottle opener and 2 wine glasses. honestly it was an amazing experience and would with out a doubt recommend it to friends and for sure come again

The location is exceptional with breathtaking view. The facilities are top notch with the food and service beyond the expectations. The attention to details is perfect. I stayed in Herods several times in past. Every time I concluded my visit as spotless and absolutely satisfying. This time again I was more than happy with everything. There are planty of good hotels, but the only really good ones stand out by being able to maintain consistently top quality in everything. That's why in my opinion Herods is above the rest, and I will come again. And by the way the value for money is excellent.

Our experience at the Herods Hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Sandra, the hotel manager, who greeted us with a big smile and was there for us throughout our entire stay. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service was top-notch. Truly a perfect vacation — we will definitely be coming back!

The stuff were doing every effort to make my stay as enjoyable as it can get and they did it with true intention and will and this is very important. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, nothing is missing, everything is clean. there is a nearby supermarket and restaurants (go to Livyatan to eat burgers) Use Get app to order a taxy

There was noise from the clubs on the street until 3 am. Im super sensitive for noise, maybe it wont bather others. Anyway, the clubs don't belong to Herods and maybe in other hotels nearby , you can also hear them. And I must add I didn't like the line for some food at breakfast and that there was no espresso on Shabbat. But in my room there was an espresso machine At night not enough light for me in the room

as expected great israeli brkfst although crowded. location is excellent, end of the boardwalk, which leaves the beach less crowded. attentive staff that compensated for any issue: got free access to biz launch and vitalis spa.

no parking and delayed check in. 3 pools but not enough furniture to relax on for all the guests.

the location the big balcony and the view were amazing. very quiet most of the time. we had always everything we needed in the room. late breakfast until 12:00.

on the first night there was a really loud party all night near the hotel that interrupted our sleep. there were never spoons on breakfast.

the hotel, the design, the bed , breakfast, all was amazing! the toiletries are very good , towels clean and nice , pillows and mattress were great; breakfast is great with all fresh things and super great croissants and delicious bread varieties . staff is helpful and Sarah the room made was very very kind , nice and helpful too. we always choose the Herod palace as our best hotels among all in Eilat and will be back

we were a little cold at night and the day in the room because temperatures were down and it is not usual to be so cold in Eilat but they gave us more blankets . all the rest was excellent!

for me, it was the first time in herods .. the hotel was perfect. Everything was perfect. The location is good close to everything. pool is nice clean . food perfect .room perfect, no need for more . parking is available .. for me everything was great and nice .. one of the best hotels I have stayed at....
