Situated in the city center at the edge of a car free zone. The parking garage is across the street in public parking garage. Normally 21,50 per day, but with discount by Appart City for 15 euro. At check-in, received a city map with explanation of the must see attractions and a list with restaurant recommendations (these were also rated high by tripadvisor). Very nice staff, speaking English very well. Very comfortable beds (the best during a 2 week trip). Very silent air-conditioning in room. Vending machine for drinks in hallway. Monoprix supermarket and bakery within 5 min walking.

Everything you need is in the room, but it is a bit basic for this price. I would stay again

room 116 is the largest/grandest room - very quiet - salon, functional enough kitchen, big comfortable bed, and amazing private balcony - faces the back of the building not the ARENA - Staff are lovely and attentive - they offer a discount for the parking- very convenient - and there's a dry sauna + laundry. Their bar is sad - and staffed all the time so you can get a drink/food to your room any time. Happy to return

the bathroom has a beautiful claw foot tub- that is also a hazard - there are to railing to hang on to - no shower curtain, so water will spray every where - there are no shelves/cupboards to put all your toiletries they simply need to make it more secure.

Location Superb. In the centre of everything. Five minutes walk from train station witha main bus stop right outside. So close to the Arena and Roman museum. Shops and restaurants and all major historical sites within easy walking distance. Comfort We upgraded to a Junior Suite. A huge apartment beautifully decorated with many original features. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Amenities Easy to use microwave, dishwasher, stove top, kettle, etc. Could stream TV shows easily. Hotel amenities Excellent breakfast, good quality produce and very friendly staff. Also nice in the bar for drinks, not too expensive. Reception Staff outstanding. From arrival to departure, they couldn't do enough to help, especially Paul and Kimberley.

Bathtub needed a shower curtain.

Clean and roomy apartment with lovely high ceiling. Bed was a little too firm - must have been a rubber bed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to all everything. Great location

As we were staying there for two days, you would expect them to have enough coffee pods for two days. However they didn't. They only had two for two guests. As we both wanted a coffee on the second day, we were charged one euro per pod. This is the first time this has ever happened to us. While it is just one euro, we stayed in other 4 star apartments/ hotel and even 3 star, and NO other hotel charged for this. Every hotel / apartment had enough for the number of days we were staying. We stayed in many that had a free coffee machine. These small touches make a difference. But at a minimum, I would expect a pod one coffee pod per day.

Location is great for access to the sites. Nimes is a very pretty town, lovely to visit. If there are any events on the very large plaza, you WILL hear them. We were not much disturbed, but should there be a large event, I would NOT want to be in this facility! Note that public transport in Nimes is closed on Sunday. Too bad they didn't tell us when we asked them how to get back to the Pont du Gard TGV station and the Pont du gard site! Sheesh. "Oh, yeah, just take the train ..easy". Not on Sunday! The only option is a very expensive taxi. Breakfast is expensive for that it is.

Extremely well located. Short walking distance to train station and shops and restaurants. Room was large enough for 2 people with integrated and well equiped kitchenette. Petit salon at our door which makes us feel at home. Gym is basic and in good functioning order. Self service laundry is modern and only work via an app on phone. Tradional Laundrette available at walking distance from the hotel otherwise. *Please note: Environment adequate for people on the spectrum of autism : quiet, spacious not visually too overwhelming, location facilitates independent skills.

Room in needs of TLC/fresh painting and repairs to keep standards as a 4 stars hotel. Ditch the deep and long bathtub in profit of modern 'italian shower' . Facilities are located down the basement and consequently you are welcome with a foul smell 🥴 No shelves to put groceries on...shame

I booked only for one night, but when I saw it, I decided to stay longer, because the place is really exceptionally good. Room was spacious, with lounge and a bedroom, clean, with tea and coffee , equipped kitchen. I managed to park just around the corner. It is in the center of the city and the staff was super polite! I forgot piece of glasses and they immediately contacted me through booking and suggested to sent the lost piece. I find it kind and attentive. i’ve arrived at the hotel at midnight,and it was no problem to do a check-in that late. So, I would definitely , definitely recommend to stay. I would love to come back!

Super location. Beautiful view from the suite which was very spacious. High ceiling with lovely French doors onto a little Juliette type balcony. Basic uncluttered decor. Nice to have a little kitchenette.

The hall just behind reception on the way to the elevator was dark and eerie with a motion detector light that doesn’t come on right away. Also, the hall outside the room needs redecorating. Just a note that the hotel location isn’t directly across from the train station. It’s a few blocks to walk. Definitely a taxi ride if you have much luggage.

Room was a great size with a small kitchenette and a very large bathroom. Staff were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and offered a more cost affective parking option.

Breakfast was fine but a bit boring. Breakfast room was functional but no ambience especially compared to the rest of the place. They offer a bar area but it’s really an overflow for breakfast, they could open it up as a comfortable space to meet, have a drink and listen to music… there’s plenty of room and would be a great feature for travelers.

Our puppy had a welcome kit, which was a super cool detail, and she helped us get settled in. Thanks again, Sandra. The apartment is comfortable, with a little living room area with a kitchenette. Everything was clean and in great shape. Just a small walk to the arenas and the narrow shopping streets. We really enjoyed this stay and even extended it for a night.
