Staff which is exceptional. Without them it would just be another spa hotel. Everything is as promised and runs smooth, event tho they are obviously understaffed.

We stayed at Aqua Premier Hotel for a weekend trip to Fruška Gora with my wife and really enjoyed it. The staff was very polite and helpful, always ready to assist and solve any problem. It made us feel welcome from the first moment. At check-in, we were offered welcome drinks — different types of liqueurs — and some sweet snacks like candies and small cakes. It was a very nice gesture and gave us a warm first impression. Our room was an apartment with a private jacuzzi and sauna, which made the stay even more special. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There was also a free minibar and a coffee machine with capsules — nice extra touches. Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection. We also had dinner at the hotel, which followed a regional theme. During our stay, it featured traditional cuisine from the Srem area of Serbia — very delicious and a great way to explore local food. The spa area was very relaxing. We especially liked the outdoor pool with sunbeds. It was quiet and peaceful, and we could order a cocktail while enjoying the sun. Parking was free for guests, and there was also the option to use the garage. We came to rest and relax, and the hotel fully met our expectations. Everything was well organized, and we didn’t have any problems during our stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fruška Gora.

Staff, location, quality of thermal water in both swimming pools, room and the view from the balcony! Coffee ( organic) is excellent. Mini bar is equipped with limited choice, but it is free. It it great to have Adults Only hotel in Serbia.

The food needs to be improved, it is simply far below everything else that this hotel offers. Few remarks: a)the food is not very tasty, experienced chefs should be hired to improve the taste, quality and way of preparing food. b) the choice of food in all three restaurants is exactly the same even if they are three conceptually different restaurants. c) the menu is very limited d) the breakfast is solid; I tried once buffet dinner and gave up.

Room large enough, well maintained, comfortable, has everything you need. Cosy balcony, good for smokers. Wifi excellent. Spa and swimming pool area nice. Masseges and cosmetic treatments on highest level. All compliments to performers. All staff in hotel and spa area on highest level: kind, competent and helpful. Breakfast very good, few nice spots to eat and drink in hotel. Also good choice to eat outside the hotel. Easy parking outside in front of the hotel. All in all, excellent place to stay and relax, highly recommendable.

Soundproofing between rooms is bad. Depending on neighbour miht be a problem. Lack of sockets next to beds, which the kind staff solved by supplying us with an extension cord.

We loved our stay at Hotel Premier Aqua – Adults Only! The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing. Rooms are big, clean, and very comfortable, with great views. The staff are amazing – friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The spa is fantastic, with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and great treatments. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of choice. Everything feels high quality and well taken care of. If you want a quiet, luxury place to rest and recharge, this is the best choice!

The room was very comfortable with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The garden/pool are was extremely comfortable and exceeded our expeactations. We took advantage of the Spa facilities during our stay and would highly recommend to other guests to do so. We also used the hotel driver to visit restaurants in the area which gave our stay an added bonus. All the staff were extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile, specially Mikael and Kamel. We highly recommend to stay there and will be back later.

This is the second time, we have stayed in this hotel. The first time, I thought that the value for money was low. However, I realized that there are not so many similar quality adult-only spa and wellness hotels in nature with 1-2 hours driving to Belgrade. The rooms are big and spacious. There is a tea/ coffee machine a free minibar and complementary drinks that I will not reveal :) A very clean room and has a comfy bed as well. Rooms with a balcony are perfect for a coffee break with the sound of nature around. Breakfast is very rich and also delicious as well. The pool is relatively calm and great for resting as well.

The Spa treatments are on the expensive side. Would be great if it was a bit more affordable.

We must start with the bed and bed lining. We had not slept in such a quality and premium bed in a long time. You will sleep like a baby in this hotel. In addition, the room’s size is above standard, measuring just over 30 square metres. The balcony further added to the feeling of spaciousness. If there is one stand-out feature in this hotel, it must be the professional and kind staff. The receptionist went the extra mile to make a great first impression. She knew how to present the advantages and features of the hotel. . We were most impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel. Finding a piece of debris from breakfast on the carpets is nearly impossible. In addition, the immensely kind Tunisia-born concierge can help with any demand. He is the best brand ambassador of the hotel. The final impression is equally important as the first impression, right? Hotel Premier Aqua joined the burgeoning trend of adults-only hotels. That guarantees guests can have an intimate and serene stay. This particularly suits the needs of corporate event organisers.

The sound isolation in the rooms is poor. If you have raucous neighbours, you will have trouble sleeping. The signage leading to the hotel could be better, too. We would not be surprised to learn that many guests lost their way while travelling to the hotel. Perhaps the breakfast was enough to meet the expectations in Serbian hotels, but it would fall short of expectations internationally. A five-star hotel that would want to compete with globally renowned hotels would need to add an a la carte offer, freshly squeezed juices, more local dairy products and a vegetarian offering. That is why we evaluate the breakfast as a golden classic, advising the management to focus more on this segment. Not least, because this is a boutique five-star hotel that is dedicated to demanding guests.

Major disappointment was SPA area which was the major reason we chose this hotel. Outside pool had cold water, inside pool was heated but small, no jacuzzi, limited choice of saunas...not at all what was expected from a SPA hotel
