Rooms have very high ceiling. There's a lot's of air inside. Staff was very polite. The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed the food and the service.

It is a bit different from the photos. Room looks bit like a part of a former storage facility, with very small window, so there's not much sunlight. Also, I did announce way ahead that I will need a parking spot, which they confirmed. But on arrival we were told that there is an ongoing festival so all the public parking spots are occupied?! I did spend good 40 minutes circling around and in the end parked mile and a half away. This was totally not necessary. If I was told that they don't have their own parking spot, I would head directly where I know I can always find parking. This is a city center after all. Not easy to park.

Yes, these are indeed the rooms and not the hotel. There’s a reception but no other facilities inside the building. Building is secured, no one without the key card cannot get in. Rooms are big, with very high ceiling, soundproof, well air conditioned. Bathrom could be better equipped (shower gel is more a detergent), but it’s clean and overall ok. Breakfast is organized in their restaurant outside of the building. It’s not a buffet breakfast and the choice is not the best but everything we ate was good. Also the waiter was excelent. Same goes to receptionist as well.

Personally, I prefer staying in regular hotels. For a room it’s a bit expensive. The room had a slight, unusual smell, but nothing too bothersome—it’s manageable. Getting to the parking is really complicated.

Very clean premises with great, polite, and welcoming staff.

What I didn’t like: I’ve been coming to this hotel for several years because I feel connected to the vibe and the people. Unfortunately, they always place me on the ground floor. As you can see in the photo, the window feels claustrophobic and offers no city view. I’ve asked several times before my booking not to be placed on the ground floor again, but either my request is ignored or not understood. It’s disappointing that, as a long-time and loyal guest, my wish is still not respected. If I am placed in this type of room again, I would unfortunately have to reconsider staying here in the future.

Exceptional yet simple design, very spacious room, central location a minute or two away from the main pedestrian zone, excellent breakfast (I recommend "punjene prženice sa ajvarom i fetom" ), complementary discounts for selected restaurants.The room even featured an electric kettle which was not indicated in the room description (I recommend updating the room amenities on the booking platform), but was a welcome addition. I also recommend visiting the property's webpage for a 3d view of all the rooms and the restaurant menu..

Unfortunately, although it was very clean, there was a somewhat unpleasant (but tolerable) odor in the bathroom that should be looked into. Also, the TV in the room was not working, probably due to a pending software update. These, however, have not significantly impacted the high quality of the stay.

The hotel is right in the city center, walking distance from all main shops, Svetozar Miletic Square, Petrovaradin Castle and Promenada mall. Several restaurants near by and the restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient. Very nice breakfast and the people of the hotel were all very nice, helpful and willing to assist us. We arrived at 9 o clock in the morning and although the checkin was at 3 the lady at the reception arrange for us to get our rooms at noon. The room was very comfortable with hot water all the time and the heating was working properly. Definitely if I go back to Novi Sad this will be my choice again.

Due to mass protest in City we were advised to leave a day early to avoid being delayed for our flight. We advised hotel of the reason and asked if there was a possibility of 1 nights refund only to be told its not company policy, I agree under normal circumstances but this was both out of our control, we travel to Novi Sad 3/4 times per year and have chosen your hotel several times in the past, I'm sorry but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in the hotel. We arrived after the lobby had closed, but still had a good greeting and easy access. The rooms are very very big and the beds extremely comfortable. We had breakfast at the cafe next to the hotel which was a great option and the food very good. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed and helped even after we had checked out. Highly recommend to stay there

We stayed on the side where the windows are very high up so you don´t really have any view. It was not bad but next time would prefer some view

Perfectly renovated room was satisfactory as 4 star hotel, with a comfortable king-size bed and a clean shower room. High ceilings of the floor were impressive. Very few noises came up from the mainstreet in front of the hotel. Hotel-persons who worked at check-in desk were super kind and spoke perfect English. The location was perfect for walking aound oldtown of NoviSad. Almost all the locations of this city tourist should vist locate in 10-20 minutes walk with safety atmosphere even in eveining. Restraunts around the hotel were rich in varieties and the qualities of them were beyond my expectations. Supermarket that offers fine foods and beverages locates in 3 minutes walk. Overall, I was wise to choose this happy hotel.

Unfortunately, building of the hotel was not designed by universal-access, so the guests have to hold their heavy luggages to step-up a few stairs by themselves. From the railwaystation, guests need to ride taxi with the charge about 500 dinar (Hard to find out options of public trasportations). However, they are trivial cons comparing big pros of this hotel.

Small room, nice bathroom but very small. I asked for a parking spot several days before my arrival, they told me ok but they never mentioned that they charge 9€ per night. That's something you tell the customer when they ask you for a parking and not the day he is checking out. I had no problem to pay, but it's something i would like to know beforehand.

Location is fantastic! Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a small coffee machine in the room too. Parking is available with prior booking and at additional cost.

This time we got a room on the first floor and the window was super high. That is the only thing we did not like (compared to last year where we had a nice window view to the street). Next time we will make sure to book a room on a higher floor.
