We had a wonderful stay at Ami Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, helpful and responsive to every request. We needed an extra bed just for one night and they gladly accommodated us without hesitation, which made our stay even more comfortable. The à la carte breakfast was fantastic, with fresh, delicious options prepared to order. The beds are some of the most comfortable I have encountered in any hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, the atmosphere was calm and quiet, yet the hotel is only a short walk from the city centre, making it a perfect location. The dedicated parking is another big plus, especially for those arriving by car. All in all, Ami Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Room was large and clean, bed was comfortable and shower was big and water pressure was great.

Room cleaning ladies are very kind and helpful. But people I saw at reception felt like they were working by force. Plates in breakfast weren't dried properly. Always wet with many water drops!

very nice modern building. private safe parking free. location near center and old city.(10 min walk) many shops next to hotel reception 24 hours spacy room with windows (view to back yard .. not bad) very helpful staff! the breakfast was great including everything and the hall for the breakfast had a nice view.

not so clean.there were hairs on the carpet. we could not adjust the air condition . there wasn't any shelf in the bathroom to leave the soap ! (put it on the floor)and no hooks for the towels.! (room 115) we found a tiny insect on the sheets (photo) some bulbs needed to be replaced.

Everything was perfect.The location was about 10 min walk from the center.They have their own parking and it was free.The room and the toilet were big and clean.The room was cleaned every day and it was very hot inside .There is an elevator.The breakfast was perfect.I ate the most beautiful croissant ever.Everything was fresh and the personal from the restaurant who were very polite were trying to be everything all right and they didn't let anything to be empty.The personal from the reception and from the restaurant and also the cleaning ladies were really so polite and kind.I have only THE BEST WORDS for this hotel.If I will come again I will surely reserve this hotel again.We were really very very satisfied from everything in this hotel.

My short stay :)

Hotel close to train station and walking distance to old centre. Lively bars and restaurants nearby as well. 24/7 reception desk was helpful as needed, room was clean and sufficiently spacious for 2 people.

Breakfast has limited options, especially if having it in the last hour of the slot - items aren't restocked as they run out. It was a busy and probably more expensive weekend in Novi Sad but as a result not quite value for money.

Room was very nice, large comfy beds. The hotel was clean and new-looking and all the reception staff were very nice. Also most important for us was the secure parking behind the hotel (you need to drive around the block and back so you can find it).

We had a problem with the coffee at breakfast - there was nobody to serve there so we had already eaten our breakfast by the time the waiter turned up to make our coffee. in all we waited about half an hour for a coffee.

Its nice welcome by receptionist.. she is friendly and especially the person that work on night shift., its good location in city center, its clean and have full minibar insides, have good breakfast, Recommended.

The restaurant inside the hotel only serve breakfast, and i cant extend 1 more day as is already full. But well overall is good.. i just move to belgrade to catch the flight in next few days.

The location and parking was good . The room was pretty nice. The staff who were responsible for cleaning rooms were very friendly and pleasant.

It would help if there were larger signs from parking area with directions to rear entrance of hotel. The shower stall in the bathroom was difficult to manage. When water was turned on at first it only ran from shower head and that made the entire bathroom wet. Also the closet in bedroom had a strong odor so we were hesitant to use it. It would also be nice if the staff would knock on the room door to check if someone is in the room before trying to open it.

Everything was high class, the staff were the nicest people I've met, the breakfast buffet was excellent, rooms new and clean, location is approx. 15min walk to the City square. Gated parking behind. If I ever go to Novi Sad again, I am definitely going back to this hotel.

Great stay. Comfortable beds, nice shower. Great location and a free car park. The only con is the breakfast. There isn't much option when it comes to breakfast.
