The hotel is located in the city center with walking distance to almost everything. The rooms are clean, modern and pleasant to stay at. As a hotel guest you get 10% discount at the restaurant that belongs to the hotel which serves good food. The breakfast menu is great, too. Some rooms do not have windows but for shorter stays this is not something to be considered as a problem.

Everything was great except for the waiter who yelled to his colleague that ”I should sit on my ass”, literally, when asking if we could order breakfast and load the car with our bags during the wait. Probably he did not expect me to speak Serbian - but anyway this is not the way to treat the customers and nontheless fellow colleagues who need to be shamed in their favor. Everyone else was really nice and and friendly.

Everything, from the room to the breakfast, was simply superb. The room was comfortable and inviting, providing a cozy haven during my stay. The breakfast spread was delightful, but what truly stood out was the incredibly delicious freshly pressed apple juice. It was an absolute treat and added an extra touch of indulgence to my mornings. However, what truly made this experience remarkable was the exceptional attention and care provided by the manager, Andrijana. Her level of attentiveness was beyond compare. She anticipated my needs, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Not only was she highly professional, but her warmth and friendliness brought joy to each day. Our communication with the receptionists was perfect, we had all information we needed and much more. Andrijana was very nice and helpful, thank you! The parking is 2 mins-walking from the hotel, it is locked and under surveillance, so it's really safe. We didn't pay it separately, we paid once with the room, at checkout. Everything was fine with the room, very comfy beds, no noise from the streets if you keep the window closed. The location is perfect, the food there is very good and you have a 10% discount if you are their guest. We will definitely come back to Novi Sad and will choose this hotel with no doubt!

The beggars were a bit disturbing on the restaurant's terrace.

Very nice and comfy room, right in the middle of the town, very friendly staff - especially the manager, Andrijana, ready to help you with anything. If you are a person ready to party, the position of the hotel is the most suitable.

Noisy location with the windows open, since there are a lot of bars with tables and chairs all around that area, where people sit and talk, and listen to music until very late. But if you keep the windows closed, the noise is much diminished. The personnel from the restaurant could be friendlier and the variety of meals should be seriously improved.

Staff was wonderful, they really outdid themselves. Rooms are very clean, spacious, in the city center, pub and restaurant are great, the have a great variety of food and Craft beers. Another thing that was really awesome was breakfast. They don't have a buffet, but they have numerous options to choose from. It was great, you choose from a breakfast menu, and you can choose one cold drink and one hot beverage. Enough to last you for a whole day :) The hotel itself only has a couple of parking spaces, but they can arrange parking space elsewhere for you, if you forget to reserve it in advance. They really try hard and I think I will never stay in another hotel, when I'm returning to Novi Sad :)

I don't go to Novi Sad very often, I wish the hotel would be in one of my destinations :D :D :D No dislikes here, I love this place :)

The property/rooms are very modern and look very good. The reception staff is very nice and helpful and overall it is a great property.

There was loud music playing from 17:00 until 01:00 (stay was during Exit weekend, so may differ during other dates). The restaurant staff is very inattentive, we waited for 10+ minutes for anyone to notice us, even though staff continuously walked by and when asked a question the waiter walked away and never returned with an answer.

The room and property were clean and modern. It is conveniently located in the middle of the downtown area so close to everything. The restaurant also is good. There was a mishap with my breakfast one day and the manager made sure I was taken care of and apologized constantly. By far better than all the other rooms in the area.

Perfect location, great value for money, very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was great and all of the food at the restaurant was excellent!

The only thing was that we only had one key card for 3 people, which was a bit impractical as you have to have a keycard in the room in order to have the lights and aircon on. Other than that, everything was amazing!

The location could not be better. It was right in the middle of town, The room was great and the bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows. The shower was ace with good pressure as well and the aircon worked great. You could not hear any noise from the outside which was great because of the location. The Staff there was really wonderful as well :) and we were running a bit late with checking out and it was no issue. You got breakfast included with your stay at the downstairs cafe which was great. And the service was really great too.

Ideal location! Amazing hospitality! Andriana the hostess - manager of Corso Rooms City Center was very polite and eager to help us in whatever we needed. Bonus: they even provided anatomic pillows as a choice in the room!! Slept better than at home! Will definately choose Corso Rooms again when visiting Novi Sad.
