We stayed two nights at Corso Rooms City Centre and had a generally good experience. The hotel’s central location is excellent for exploring Novi Sad, and the rooms were clean with all facilities working perfectly. One thing to note: There was no on-site parking available. The hotel arranged parking nearby for €10 per day, which was helpful but not as close as we expected. After a 10-hour journey in snowy weather, this was a bit challenging. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, and the breakfast we tried for two mornings was satisfying, offering two drinks and a meal per person. The staff, especially the receptionists, were very polite and helpful, making our stay more pleasant despite the challenging parking. If you're looking for a well-located, clean, and comfortable stay in Novi Sad, this is a good option. Just double-check parking arrangements if traveling by car.

The hotel is with excellent furniture, very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The lady on the reception was exceptionally kind, smiley and helpful. We were very warm welcome, she showed us everything and explained us for all the important things. Thank you very much for your great hospitality!

Two if the waiters (males), one in the pub was totally not polite, he came two times and the second he told me you still didn't decide what to order and was a but angry! One in the restaurant, worked in the evening on 30.04. was the same, he even was joking with us, my husband order a pizza and said a big one(without to see that the big one is 50 cm big), it was clear that he couldn't eat the whole pizza as it was too big, I also ordered another dish, but....the waiter didn't say anything and didn't explain or to confirm with us, are we sure that we want the big one and at the end he brought the pizza with big smile even he was joking!!!!? This is for me totally not acceptable!!!! He couldn't explain or just ask and give us sigh that maybe we didn't see tha size of the pizza!

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the city. Almost all major events are within walking distance. However, since we wanted to explore more, we decided to rent a car. When we inquired about parking, we were informed that the hotel’s parking lot was unavailable due to New Year’s events. Fortunately, there is a paid parking lot nearby where you can park your car. The hotel has a restaurant, currency exchange office, and pub, all bearing the same name as the hotel. The breakfast was satisfying – they direct you to the restaurant, and a menu is provided. You simply order what you want. You are entitled to one meal, one hot drink, and one cold drink, and any extras are charged separately. However, the portions are quite generous and filling. The fresh juices were also very good.

Although the hotel was generally quiet, the sound of people walking in the corridor could be heard inside the room. The cleanliness could be improved – on the second day, the hot tub in the room had not been cleaned, and the floor had not been vacuumed. The wall panel that controls functions like air conditioning, "do not disturb," and "clean room" was not working. We reported the issue, but no solution was provided.

Room was fantastic, clean, fresh, air-conditioned and beautifully designed. Bathroom was large, had both hand-held as well as overhead shower. Wifi was excellent. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Vanessa and Andrijana were exceptional. They organised parking for our car as well. Large breakfast is included and 20% discount for additional meals and drinks is offered to guests. The hotel is situated right on the main street.

Perfect location - literally just off the main pedestrian street. Reception staff speak good english and are super helpful. You can also store your luggage with them. Room looked very new and was comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was good.

I booked a room with no window (which I knew) as was less expensive and it was obviously quite dark. If I stayed again I would probably splash out on one with an external window. It was a bit stuffy as you could not open the window as it was onto the corridor.

Great location in the old pedestrianised part of Novi Sad. Easy to find and check in straightforward by very pleasant and friendly staff. Lovely, clean room, light and airy and comfortable bed. Rooms are new. Nice toiletries, air con and fridge in room. We had a great stay. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant, good food and reasonable prices with a 20% discount as staying in the rooms. Great choice breakfast. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate on staying again in the future.

Where do I start? The receptionist was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The location is superb, right in the middle of everything yet it was quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was firm (which I prefer) with a plush memory foam pillow. The room was impeccably clean (I used to work in the industry and have an eye for these things and this place was CLEAN). The included breakfast is exceptional; you get to choose from a menu at the adjoined Restaurant (I had a vegetable omlette) and you get one hot and one cold beverage. This place is next level. I felt like royalty. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would absolutely recommend.

Unbelievably hospitable and welcoming crew at the reception. The accuracy of service and generosity with providing information and help was beyond my expectations. They have been proactive to reach out trice to me to learn about my arrival details. They provided the room earlier and were flexible with me to stay a bit longer than usual. Upon calling for a taxi to drop me at the train station, the crew walked all the way with me to bid me farewell… really genuine and caring. Location is just amazing on the Main Street of city centre. Rooms are specious and had a small living room which was a plus. Overall great value

An excellent hotel for tourist trips! Corso Rooms impressed me with its spacious room, stylish design, and perfect cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Moreover, the location is fantastic – convenient for walking and sightseeing. However, overall, the hotel left a very positive impression, and I would gladly stay here again!

The only downside was that smoking was allowed in the bar downstairs even during breakfast, which slightly affected the experience.

Everything was great! The room was comfortable, clean, and modern and well designed. I came here during a heatwave but the air conditioning kept everything nice and cool. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I liked how all the bedding and towels had “corso” woven on them. I loved the location - it was right in the city center, steps from all sorts of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The staff were all very nice and welcoming.

This wasn’t a problem for me since I sleep soundly, but be aware that since it is in the city center, you may hear noise from outside since many of the cafes and bars are open late.
