The hotel is located at the historic center of Novi Sad. It offers free parking. The breakfast was good. The room was also spacious and nice. The staff was very friendly.

The mixer for hot and cold water in the bathroom was not working properly. There was either cold or hot water. It was almost impossoble to take a shower. The staff explained that this was due to the municipal water supply and the problem arose spontanously.

Located at the cite center, 50 meters away from the main pedestrian street and 200 meters from the Cathedral, it is a comfortable, clean city hotel; the staff is helpful and friendly. They offer free parking places upon request. They make up rooms daily, which is excellent. Beds and pillows are comfortable, and the bathroom is fine. The breakfast is not rich, but it is ok, comprising local products. A place I will definitely consider to stay in whenever I visit again.

No espresso machine, I wish they add one soon.

Problem was that receptionist did not respect the quality of the already selected rooms. So, people from the group who paid more, got a room with lower qaulity and visa versa and he was not willing to change his mind and respect our complains. The staff who was at the reception in the morning was very kind. Otherwise we were satisfied with the quality of the hotel

That was our second time when we stayed at Zenit and we were (again) very pleased. Perfectly located, clean and cosy, decently priced and on the top of it having Zarko as one of the best receptionists with his kind and very helpful and eager to support You with whatever request of yours. Chapeu bas for him and for the quality of service provided by this accommodation! Hvala lepo!

the staff is very helpful, the location is great, the breakfasts are good, but not very varied.

the mattresses are hard and not very comfortable, there are minor problems with the shower, the water is cold or it gets too hot, the hotel may need a little updating, but overall I liked everything.

The hotel is located in the city centre but in a quiet localization. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. There was a kettle in a room.

Room was small and basically furnished but that was enough for a short stay.

I have stayed in Zenit before, and I will stay again. Downtown hotel, 20 meters from the central pedestrian street, clean, friendly staff, everything is perfect.

The location is excellent if you want to explore the city. They have some parking places which i reserved. Always had a place. The staff is very friendly.
