Spacious, clean room. Breakfast was included, and it was good. We arrived late, after a very long drive, staff was quick to check us in, and very helpful.

The room we had I assume was far away from the router, the wifi didn't work in at all. Tip: The room was near the main street and early in the morning there were some construction noises and traffic, If you'd like to get some rest, request a room that's not facing the main street.

Hotel is located near the railway and bus station, some 15 min of walking, and it's easy to take a taxi to get to other parts of the city. Our room was great, very comfortable, clean, and the bathroom and shower were superb. Breakfast had some pretty good choices, along with the standard hotel offer. Staff was very attentive to the breakfast situation and levels of juices and food. Staff in general was very pleasant and effective during the check in and check out.

There were no major issues to report, other than the slow automatic light in the hallway on the first floor. For some reason, it did not switch on when I was going to the elevator from the room, so I had to use mobile phone torch light. It was working properly on my way back to the room.

Nice soft carpet on the floor, very big, HUGE bed and a good mattress. The breakfast was great, really diverse, good for both vegetarians and meat eaters

the WiFi connection was not very stable, I got suddenly disconnected sometimes for a few seconds but then it usually got back to normal.

I liked everything. The hotel is modern, the room was clean, the breakfast was quite diverse, personnel was nice. We used parking, it cost 6 euros per night. I didn't know about the gym but turned out there was a gym. I didn't like the cigarette smoke coming through the hole in the door at night, but it wasn't smelly in the room itself. In general, I have a feeling they don't smoke inside the hotel and restaurant which is so rare in Novi Sad and I appreciated it. I like the electronic curtains that could make the room even darker in the night to sleep well and I feel also noise isolating.

It was a bit far from the center. Even though we like to walk in general. But at the end of the day, it was around 50 minutes to the city center and after the walking whole day, it was a bit exhausting to go back. So if you plan to enjoy the city for a few days maybe it is worth considering something closer.

Though it's a very nice room some details kept me away from giving it the best rate,the bin in the WC was filthy and old ! During breakfast the mats on the tables were not changed from one person to the next one having breakfast

Very good breakfast. They have their own parking (garage). It is payed extra, but it is ok. There are free park places directly in front of hotel, but one must be lucky to get one, especially on evening hours (after 18 o'clock).

The choice of bread for breakfast is rather poor. There are lot of good bakeries in Serbia, but it seems to me that Hotels generally have their supply always from the same source.

Location and cleanliness- staff/ladies at reception were outstanding! They need a raise. We were there when the storm hit and the receptionist told me that it was on its way- we parked outdoors so we quickly arranged for the covered parking or else our rental car would be damaged. Food at the restaurant is also a plus.

Kids were running in the corridor on our last night - they were part of a large group who booked multiple rooms and adults were talking loudly too with no regards to other guests. We can hear these from inside our room and we are in a suite at the end of the hotel. Either I was just sensitive as we have a toddler who I don’t want to wake up but it was at 11pm at night…

We had a wonderful experience travelling by car across Europe and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were soft and luxurious. Espresso machine, kettle, coffee, tea, water, minibar. Fast internet connection. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Safe parking underground for a decent amount. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked items.

Staff at the reception was great, helpful same as cleaning staff, room is very nice, warm, everything is new, very clean. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices.

WiFi was working quite bad, we didn’t have signal in the room you had to go literally in the hallway to get connected and as our room was facing road it was bit noisy during night on friday.

New and modern hotel with perfect service, spacious rooms, a wide choice of food at breakfast, 5 minutes from the highway and convenient for the rest of the passing guests, and friendly staff, the staff waited for us even though we were late until 0:30 am. It was cleaner than all the hotels in England and Scotland, cleaner than all the Hiltons where I have stayed in England. The price matches the quality.
