It was a nice comfortable stay in the city centre. The staff was absolutely charming and helpful. The location is just perfect. The hotel boasts a private parking at a very reasonable price. The interior is beautiful even though the carpets might be shabby in some places on the stairs. The greatest attraction of the hall is a cell with a wonderful big parrot.

The room was a little bit stuffy, which isn't surprising for the one without a window (we'd been informed beforehand), so we had to be using the air conditioner all the time. At night it was fairly noisy.

Good location and parking..hotel itself is nicely decorated, but then rooms are very tired and would need to be painted, rust in bathroom etc..breakfast really basic..ok for a night..it was very nice from them to let me stay parked few hours longer after the check out..staff very nice

Staying in this hotel was lovely. Room was cozy and clean. Location of this hotel is in city center so everything is walkable and close. Breakfast is okay for this price. Hotel has its own parking garage (which is "open" but they have video cameras so it is safe). Stuff at reception was really friendly and helpful. I would probably stay again at the same hotel if I ever come to Novi Sad.

When I took a shower I found hair in the bath of previous guests.

The room was clean. Big and comfortable bed. Very good wifi, underground parking. Very good breakfast with a lot of options. Kind and friendly staff. Near the hotel you can find terraces, shops, a market, exchanges. It is located close to the central area, walkable distance Pet friendly. Improvements can be made to the carpeting in the hallways and to the shower cabin.

Small window (was not necesary a problem because we spent the day in the city anyway)

The room we stayed was comfortable. And we had space to spend time in the room. The furnitures was not new but the room was clean. Since our room was looking to the side street so it was quite and peaceful to sleep after exit festival. The best thing with the hotel is the location. Easy to walk main square and exit festival by walking The hotel staff was nice and helpful. They also gifted us a novi sad magnet :) thanks for it. And we generally recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was not rich. There were a few kind of things to eat but the ones they had good enough to eat. There could be some more kinds to give alternative to the guests. And the water machine was so slow. To fill up a glass of water, you need to stand and push the button like a few minutes.

The hotel is gorgeous, and the lobby is amazing with stylish furniture and art on the walls. Parrot Bubi is a fantastic addition to this lovely hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, and mini bar stacked. I don't have enough words for the staff. Jelena and Gorana went far and beyond for us. The two gentlemen (I apologize, forgot their names) helped us with parking our car in their underground garage (free of charge) and with our luggage. The genuine kindness we experienced with the staff we have not had so far in any of the hotels before. The cherry on the top of our staying was Gorana, who let my 6 years old niece pick a souvenir magnet as a gift. My niece was so happy and she said that it was the best hotel ever. She adored Bubi and made sure to wish her good morning or good night whenever we passed by. Buffet breakfast had many delicious choices. Beds and pillows super comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance from the city centre.

In general, I am not a big fan of wall to wall carpets, but it's understandable for hotel to have them.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Its prime location, steps from the city center, offered easy access to all the sights. A number of good restaurants lined the surrounding streets. The room itself was comfortable and provided a tranquil escape from the city bustle. A delicious breakfast to fill you for the day, and the staff's cheerful demeanor made every interaction a pleasure. Highly recommend for a relaxing city stay!

Exceptional location of the hotel ,5mins walking distance from the city center,very clean and big rooms,our room didn't have windows but that's what we booked, and it was not an issue for me,it was very peaceful for sleeping .Very good breakfast.The stuff is very friendly, especially one of the girls working on the reception.Good value for the money.

All in all I don't really have anything particularly negative to say about the hotel,would return.Maybe the room looks a bit outdated overall but considering service,friendly stuff and exceptional location it was not an issue for me

The location of the hotel is great, a 5-minute walk from the city center. The staff is friendly and always ready to help out with any questions or inquiries. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel with affordable prices for food and beverages. Breakfast was included, but it was the same offer every day. The internet connection was stable.

The room we stayed in didn't have a proper window. There was one Glass Block Window that couldn't be opened and wasn't seethrough and a small window above the bed. Seemed a bit claustrophobic.

Room was very big and clean, but we paid for the room with no windows so it was little strange, no fresh air...but you can open the door to let it air out or turn on the air conditioner to circulate the air a little. 2 water bottles in the room were free and we receive one small gift from the hotel, very nice gesture. Stuff was very polite. The breakfast was good and quite enough. The location of the hotel is perfect.
