The rooms was a nice design and very clean , located in the centre 3 minutes walk from Main Street .The owner was a helpful chap .Breakfast was fine with enough choice .

Check in was not very good the entrance is a the back of the building , the front entrance was closed this created confusion . Once we found the entrance at the back this was locked so had to call the owner who came within ten minutes to open up and check us in . Although there is communal parking shared with a factory at the hotel it was behind a gate the owner advised us not to park here as he did not control the gate and we may get locked in. We parked outside on the street.it states in the hotel details it has a restaurant but this only opens for breakfast nor evening meals .

Everything was perfect. Very kind staff and accommodation exactly as agreed. Special thanks to Mrs. Sejka – such a positive person in the morning, for whom nothing is a problem. We waited about 10 minutes upon arrival. The room was in a beautifully renovated house with more than 200 years of history. You can really feel it in the original wooden beams in the hallways and rooms. The room itself was cozy (looked a bit bigger in the photos), but absolutely fine for one night. Everything was clean and tidy, the bed was firm but comfortable, with two pillows and a sheet as a cover (a blanket was available in the wardrobe). The bathroom had some small imperfections, but nothing that would bother us :) The courtyard for parking was quiet, with houses keeping their original facades – you would never guess it’s only 200 meters from the city center. Breakfast was tasty, with a smaller selection, but served in a very pleasant environment. It would have been nice if the staff greeted guests or said a few words, but I understand – not everyone is talkative in the morning. Overall, a very nice stay and we would be happy to return.

We loved our stay. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the beds very comfortable. Heated floors in the bathroom were very nice. We stayed on the ground floor, it was quiet at night. The location is perfect, jut few steps from the pedestrian streets in the centre. Several restaurants within few hundred meters of the hotel.

The only disappointment was breakfast. Water for tea was lukewarm, no staff to ask for anything. On the second morning we had breakfast in our room which was much nicer as we could have hot tea. But at least breakfast was included in the price of the booking which was very reasonable.

The location of the hotel is excellent since it is a few steps away from the pedestrian way of the old town of Novi Sad. Some of the best restaurants are only 50 meters away. The staff are always helpful and friendly, they are flexible. Upon arrival we asked them if we could have a room on the ground floor since my husband had a bad knee and they changed our room immediately at no extra charge. The room was very spacious, nicely furnished, the bathroom was also large, comfortable and very clean. Everything was just right. We come back every year to this place and would come back again anytime.

Booked this hotel for my parents. They were satisfied with the stay: the room was good, the stuff was helpful, breakfasts were included, and air conditioner worked well 😀 The location is pretty good, as it is right in the historical center of Novi Sad.

The entrance is from the inner yard, and to get there you should go through the restaurant "Masha" on the one side (from the Zmaj Jovina street), or through the arch on the other. The arch is painted with lots of graffiti and doesn't look pretty.

Location was great, very close to city center by foot, but also a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious apartment and very helpful receptionist. We had a nice stay.

Breakfast was poor with very few options and not very well made. The heat from the radiators in the bedroom was not enough and we were kind of cold through the night, there was an AC in the living room but if you wanted to close the door to separate yourself from the others you wouldn't have enough heat. I would recommend a second AC unit in the bedroom.

Cleaning lady was rude First she took our place / table at the breakfast place Second she was pushing us to check out before 11 She then entered the room at 11 exactly even though we were with small 2 year old child with fever and forgot some things in the room while she was there already cleaning

The staff is very helpful. Our room was huge, almost like an apartment. The location is great, close to the walking street in the center. There was no noise filtering in from the street. Parking is possible within the gate in one of the parking bays.

The breakfast is the weak point. They reheated the fried eggs from the previous days which looked stale and cold. Avoid the breakfast, eat somewhere in the town, there are plenty of great options. The power socket was loose in the bathroom.

The location of the property is perfect in the city centre. The breakfast was great. They have a parking place by the hotel, which is a plus.

The parking is gated (which is a plus), but only the staff member can open it when you want to leave. There was no one at the reception when we wanted to go explore with our car and when we called the number on the reception door, they said that nobody was there and that if we really need to go, somebody can come open the gates. This was quite inconvenient, so we took a taxi at the end.

Friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English and went out of their way to help you. Smart design and good beds. The breakfast room was really nicely done. It was well located for walking around the city. Next to great restaurants. Amazing value for money.

The hotel was right next to a car park and some graffiti so not the prettiest area. The AC didn't work in the night - but that was a problem on a building site nearby.
