Very pleasant experience to stay at this facility. Great people working there, awesome food at the restaurant and a calm area inside the resort. Impressed over the fact that the area has had a plan for children meaning that there was an area where the children could play, climb and be active. Really great! :)

The aircindition was not working as intended. No cold air coming out of the AC. I brought my own table fan so I managed this with using my table fan.

I like everything than the parking. I booked this hotel because of the huge parking but I did have a problem as one day there was huge celebration and my car was blocked . I have complained to the reception but the reply was that they had the same issue and i had to move by taxi as my car was blocked nezt couole of hours.

Bungalows with just a few units under one roof offer peace and quiet. No one above and below to bother you. Reception 24/7 with snacks, water and cigarettes. Car parked right next to the unit. The room is very clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed. Checking out by noon is a big bonus if you've been to one of the many cafes in the area the night before :)

The water pressure is a little weaker, but I guess that's kinda normal in the summer when the consumption is very high. It's not unbearable, you can still take a shower :)

The room was great, clean and hot, bed was so comfortable, location was great there is restaurants very close and very good food, there breakfast was so good and the best view of the danoub in the morning, staff where very helpful and kind, very big free parking. Everything was just perfect. We will definitely be staying here from now on when visiting novi sad.

Few things were to improve: We have asked if they have something for vegan person to eat for breakfast and they confirmed on email that they have. On our arrival, I was told also that Chef asked about and confirmed they will prepare something. On our suprise they baked vegetables ( zuchini, paprika and one more veggie, cant remember now) which is already on menu and that was next day also. If i was told in advance that is all for brekfast for vegan, we would bring something more ourselves. Also, one of the bathroom got blockage, water did not go through when showering, so it was flooding and we used towel to clean. When mention on same day to reception, they acknowledge it, but no appologies for incovinience.

Everything was well organised considering we stayed there during the Exit Festival. The staff is lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean and the towels were replaced daily. Having the breakfast included really suited us, the buffet offers all kinds of food and the resturant “Alaska” not far from our room had a few vegetarian options which is always a plus! We also used the laundry service which which was quick!

The lady at night-shift reception was very kind, explanatory and ... positive! It is a bungalows set-up with convenient parking spaces close to the rooms. Spacious room with nice lights. Breakfast is served at the table at a nice restaurant along Danube river. Very good value for money ratio!

Breakfast was rather moderate and almost half an hour delayed (for an omelette) but finally enjoyable!

Room was very clean and spatious, beds were very comfortable, staff were very friendly, helpful and available to solve any issues. The rooms were in bungalows in a forest resort near the Danube. There is a restaurant right next to the bungalows with a view of the Danube. Overall quite tranquil and a bit cooler than the city. Breakwast was Swedisg style buffet.

We swapped several rooms before finding one with a working AC. Hopefully this is only a minor issue to get solved before other guests arrive. Even though there is a view of the Danube , I was unable to find spots for sunbathing/ fishing there or nearby.

Nice and well organised place. Very good air conditioning and spacious room with all necessary equipment you need. Perfect food and restaurant experience on a beautiful coast of Dunav.

Low water pressure. Main entrance door had gap under that allowed small summer bugs free access to room. Outside area definitely needs a bit more water to keep it nice and fresh 😉

Parking space, spatious room, big enough bathroom, good value for money, very nice breakfast, excellent location for those who want to be near river

Coffee maschine for the coffee served during breakfast could really be better, that is my only somewhat serious remark, tried capuchino, under average.
