Loved the staff and the location

Breakfast was really bad, so much that we ate out even though breakfast was included. Last time we stayed Breakfast had been fantastic but this time the yoghurts were warm... They need to be displayed on ice or in a mini fridge. The food looked old, dry and cold. The orange juice was kids squash. For the price of the hotel I would have liked fresh orange juice at the least, fresh coffee and fresh food that did not taste dry or look like it was made yesterday. I was disappointed as the previous stay the chef used to make his own home made yoghurt and jam but he does not work in the hotel anymore. However this was my only complaint, I still enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The property is smack in the middle of town. Surrounded by restaurants and just on the Square.

The entrance is through a gate in a block. It is not well lit and not well maintained. The bathroom drains were emitting an odium that was filling the room. Looks like a gulley system for drainage was not functioning properly.

The room was elegant and surprising, we liked it's layout and neat design. There was no noise from the restaurant or from outside, although the hotel is situated in the city center. We liked the fact that the area was pedestrian and everything was within a walking distance: restaurants, shops, museums.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, I think this needs to be addressed.

The hotel is in an ideal location. It is right on Njegoševa--steps away from the main square downtown. Stores, restaurants, shops, and a really pretty park are all within very close walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is also located in a beautiful building with lots of history and character. The room was modern and seemed to be recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room.

The room smelled as if the building is experiencing plumbing problems, which others have noted but I didn't notice how regularly it was mentioned. It was suggested that I turn on the water to vent the smell, which I did and alleviated the smell for a little while, but then it eventually came back. Another downside is that the balcony is shared.

Warm staff, clean and charming room, city center, all amenities present (bath robe, mini-bar, towels for every imaginable purpose). Bathroom very clean, new and functional (e.g. body wash attached to the shower wall in an simple pump, and plenty of surface area to set your accessories). Fancy contemporary bar part of the centre nightlife and hotel. Round the clock reception. Will be revisiting..

No scotch in the mini-bar :)

Boutique hotel in a lovely neoclassical building, atmosphere and decoration are beautiful. It is right on the main square in Novi Sad, everything is walking distance it has the biggest reccomendation for location. Even if it is a historic building it has an elevator. Room is small and nice very comfortable and has a nice view. Breakfast is sufficient and it wasnt crowded so we could eat in peace.

Everything was fine

I loved how helpful the staff in reception were. They helped us to book taxis and recomended places to eat. I would also like to give a special mention to the chef at breakfast who made home made yogurts and jam which were honestly the best yogurt I have ever had in my life! I hope the hotel manager can give him this positive feedback! The bed was comfortable and also the cleaner did a fantastic job of cleaning our room. Thank you to the fabulous cleaner xxxxx

If i was being really picky the only tiny thing would be our room the drain in the shower smelt a bit bad... I assume this is just plumming in an old building though, i notice that someone else also mentioned it in their review.

Location

Receptionist was very short tempered, borderline rude. Not even close to 4 star hotel they claim to be. Expensive furniture and some fancy decor doesn’t make it 4 stars. No fans and no running A/C in hallways. Anyway it was a disappointing. Everyone in restaurant and bar were fantastic, very nice and friendly and helpful. One person can ruin experience for a lot of people.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.Excellent property. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.Their restaurant which is the part of this hotel is also gorgeous.

The location of this hotel could not be better. Situated on the main square in the old town, the most charming part of Novi Sad was right outside my window. Staff was friendly and kind. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I can recommend this place highly.
