Several pools, fantastic spa and very warm water. The nature and peace around the hotel are ideal for walking.

I don't think it's worth the money I paid (a lot of money). Room hygiene should be better. There are traces of mold around the edges of the shower tub. Under the extra bed, I found a piece of someone else's clothing, a shirt. Probably one of the previous guests forgot and no one moved the bed to wipe under it !!! My child dropped a toy, so I moved the bed and found the toy and the shirt!!! Noise level in rooms is not acceptable. This should be a hotel for rest, but rest is impossible until late at night. There is noise and running (!!!) from the corridor in room. There are only three elevators for many rooms (probably more than 100), only two are working, and the third (the last one on the right) is malfunctioning.

The hotel is beautiful, extremely comfortable and clean. The most positive impression was the employees, all of whom were very kind. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Free use of charge of the room mini bar as well as daily refills of coffee capsules and tea in the room is a great touch. The pools are big, and there are many of them, so at this time of the year during the working week it was not very crowded, which was phenomenal. The water in the pools is warm and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

Dinner was good and everything was tasty, but for this type of the hotel I have expected more of the different options of food. Parking is dislocated - the walk to the garage is great, but it is not very easy to do so with the luggage.

Facilities are brand new, inside pools with warm water are really good in cold days. Breakfast is good. Free mini bar and water is enough for a family. Heated clothes drying rack very useful.

All outside slides are closed, many outside pools are cold water, and only one inside slide for kids which makes it isn’t valuable compares with summer. Dinner shouldbe improved. No cold air conditioning in the room, the only way to cool down the temperature is open the balcony door. But there’s too many bugs to open it.

absolutely love this resort. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful driveway and curb appeal. The parking staff warmly welcomed me and made sure I felt at ease. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was greeted with professionalism and positivity. The staff's excellent command of English was much appreciated. My room, with its king-size bed, was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the living room, with a dinner table and ample space, offered a stunning view. The bathroom was spacious and featured both a sauna and jacuzzi, making it a true haven of relaxation. I definitely got my money's worth with this room. The highlight of my stay was the incredible spa world. I needed a recovery weekend, and after three days of pampering and treating my body, I felt completely rejuvenated. It was like I had a brand-new body.

Swimmingpools, spacious and safe parking place / garage, profesional staff, sauna, fitness, massage, beautiful nature and amenities around hotel but on the first place is food - extremely tasty and diverse. If you can stay during the working days it will save your wallet and avoid possible crowd

It was a little bit hot in the room and central heating didn't respond on remote control what couse dry air. But we solved that with open window

Cosy beds, attentive staff, the food was great, liked the variety of tastes. Desserts are fantastic! It was very quiet during our stay and not too many visitors, so had a super relaxing rest! We enjoyed different types of saunas and the warm pools, everything is very clean and the zone smells nicely. There’s a separate naturist spa section, we didn’t try it this time, but maybe next time.

There’s a large construction site going on nearby, not very noisy, but also spoil the otherwise nice mountain view. Maybe there’s a bit too much chlorine in the pool, as it stung my eyes a couple of times in the bubbling section of the pool. If you order food at the restaurant near the pool, some items are prepared in another restaurant, Vrdnicka Kula, and might take quite a long time, for example the salads. We waited for the salad for 45 minutes, while the sandwich or burger was ready in 5, and there’s no way of telling which items they have ready and which you will have to wait. But I consider all these minor things, otherwise it was a very good stay!

Great hotel in a beautiful place. Spa facilities, chocolate hour, helpful stuff. Especially suitable for families with kids. We did not have any but it seemed like everyone else had and they were having a good time. A great place for a retreat.

There are some things that do not let me put top marks for the facilities. Lots of furniture in the room needed some adjustments. Nothing that could not be fixed with a handyman and some instruments but still. Food was good and diverse, but for some reason there is nothing free except water for dinner. And they charge significant money for the same teabag you have in your room for free. Also no emergency kit for guests, had to go to the nearest town to the pharmacy.

We had high expectations for our stay and I have to admit, the property even exceeded those. It's one of the best hotels we've stayed in. I would especially recommend it for families with little children. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They pay attention to a lot of details to make your stay more comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, lot of options for everyone to choose from. The spa center is amazing and it makes the trip worthwhile, it's spacious, very well organized, lot of pools and saunas for different activities, the water in each pool was perfectly warm all the time. Wi-Fi worked with no problems all around the facilities. Free parking in a garage nearby. The surrounding area is nicely organized, the nature is beautiful, and there are few very good restaurants to choose from. Novi Sad is 30 minutes away by car. All in all, even though the hotel is a bit on the pricey side, you definitely get your money's worth.

Few minor issues that could help make the experience even better. The staff in the spa center should be more strict and intervene when some people are not complying with the rules (loud, running around, jumping in the pools). This should be especially enforced in the children's area. Elevators are a bit slow, which can be a bit of a bother during breakfast time when everybody is using them. Restaurant at the spa center is a bit overpriced.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. It remains one of the best hotels we've visited—clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-run. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The spa center is impressive, featuring multiple pools and saunas for different activities, with consistently warm water. Hotel guests also have access to a dedicated spa area for added comfort. Wi-Fi worked seamlessly throughout the property, and free parking is available in a nearby garage. The complex also includes two excellent restaurants. For anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, I highly recommend this hotel!"

There are a few minor areas that could enhance the overall experience. The room tends to get quite warm, and adjusting the thermostat doesn’t seem to make much of a difference, making it challenging to sleep comfortably at night. Additionally, the spa becomes quite crowded on weekends, particularly in the children’s area, where at times, some children appear to be unsupervised. It might be beneficial to have a lifeguard or staff member present in the children's section at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
