Great location, clean, nice balcony and great personel, especially receptionists (a very friendly, fun receptionist - don't know his name, but he was bold in his best years 🙂 and a nice blond lady), parking right next to the hotel, nice breakfast.

We had some problems with shower cabin and water all over bathroom and we missed some vegetables at breakfast, but all in all really nice. We will be back.

The hotel is old, but newly adapted with completely new furniture and toilet. Bed is very comfortable. Although located near the main bus station, it is very quiet in the room. The breakfast was very good (typical food for Serbian hotels and restaurants). Probably the best feature of the hotel is parking, which is very comfortable, free and secured.

Some features of the hotel are still old, such as the elevator. However, it did not cause any problems. In addition, it seems that all hotels in Novi Sad are overpriced.

The staff were amazing, the manager Tanja is an absolute hospitality wizard, all receptionists were very friendly and helpful especially Ivana and Valentina, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast wonderful and the facilities updated, and the location was amazing.

We forgot to take some items from the closet after checkout and the hotel staff kept them for a week, until I eventually came to pick up those things. I appreciate that service very, very much.

That was above our expectations and fresh and with a good choice of healthy dishes.

We were in need of an in-room electric kettle or some hot drinking water. That will be a good option or at least a common-use water dispenser for drinking hot/cold water. A good example is Singaporean hotels.

Breakfast, location,staff amazing service allowing me an early check in, and excellent throughout,especially the cutie in the morning shift front desk.

The bed not so comfortable for me.The hot water not being so hot(but sufficient), maybe all were taking a bath at the same time. I forgot to mention it to the front fesk,so it's not their fault.

The hotel is really well placed and connected to every part of city, and next to bus station. Its very clean and staffs are extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Novi Sad.

Decent but does not justify the 4* rating. Not much choice fpr breakfast, furniture clean but worn out, mold in the shower cabin....but it's comfortable and spatious, the room had a big balcony.

- Room was clean and comfortable. - Nice location, in front of Railway and bus station. 15 minutes walk to the main square with cathedral. - Fast and stable wifi. - Amazing breakfast.

- A bit dirty windows. - Staff tried to get into the room to early on the day of check out (while I was sleeping).

Good free parking, value for money, ok breakfast. Next to the main station.

Hotel seems to be a little bit archaic. A renovation would help a lot to bring up an appeasing design, cleanliness, outside soundproofing and overall room value. Breakfast could be a little bit better protected from flies.
