Several pools, fantastic spa and very warm water. The nature and peace around the hotel are ideal for walking.

I don't think it's worth the money I paid (a lot of money). Room hygiene should be better. There are traces of mold around the edges of the shower tub. Under the extra bed, I found a piece of someone else's clothing, a shirt. Probably one of the previous guests forgot and no one moved the bed to wipe under it !!! My child dropped a toy, so I moved the bed and found the toy and the shirt!!! Noise level in rooms is not acceptable. This should be a hotel for rest, but rest is impossible until late at night. There is noise and running (!!!) from the corridor in room. There are only three elevators for many rooms (probably more than 100), only two are working, and the third (the last one on the right) is malfunctioning.

The hotel is beautiful, extremely comfortable and clean. The most positive impression was the employees, all of whom were very kind. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Free use of charge of the room mini bar as well as daily refills of coffee capsules and tea in the room is a great touch. The pools are big, and there are many of them, so at this time of the year during the working week it was not very crowded, which was phenomenal. The water in the pools is warm and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

Dinner was good and everything was tasty, but for this type of the hotel I have expected more of the different options of food. Parking is dislocated - the walk to the garage is great, but it is not very easy to do so with the luggage.

Facilities are brand new, inside pools with warm water are really good in cold days. Breakfast is good. Free mini bar and water is enough for a family. Heated clothes drying rack very useful.

All outside slides are closed, many outside pools are cold water, and only one inside slide for kids which makes it isn’t valuable compares with summer. Dinner shouldbe improved. No cold air conditioning in the room, the only way to cool down the temperature is open the balcony door. But there’s too many bugs to open it.

absolutely love this resort. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful driveway and curb appeal. The parking staff warmly welcomed me and made sure I felt at ease. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was greeted with professionalism and positivity. The staff's excellent command of English was much appreciated. My room, with its king-size bed, was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the living room, with a dinner table and ample space, offered a stunning view. The bathroom was spacious and featured both a sauna and jacuzzi, making it a true haven of relaxation. I definitely got my money's worth with this room. The highlight of my stay was the incredible spa world. I needed a recovery weekend, and after three days of pampering and treating my body, I felt completely rejuvenated. It was like I had a brand-new body.

We booked a half-board option, and at the dinner you don’t have anything to drink except tap water (maybe it is filtered). You can order tea or something for additional price. And once I ordered tea, however the taste was awful. I assume they made it based on salted water… For the price they take for the room, they may offer at least boiled water and teabags. Desserts were made with margarine and tons of sugar. On the weekends, saunas and pools got overcrowded and noisy because of selling unlimited number of passes to people who stay around the hotel. Which makes no sense to book a pricy hotel room to enjoy the weekend in spa.

Swimmingpools, spacious and safe parking place / garage, profesional staff, sauna, fitness, massage, beautiful nature and amenities around hotel but on the first place is food - extremely tasty and diverse. If you can stay during the working days it will save your wallet and avoid possible crowd

It was a little bit hot in the room and central heating didn't respond on remote control what couse dry air. But we solved that with open window

Everything was excellent! A perfect location for a family getaway — spotless clean, with plenty of thermal pools that don’t smell like chlorine at all. There are special pools for kids and a playground, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Free drinks in the minibar were a nice and unexpected bonus. Free parking was also a big plus. We felt great and will definitely come back!

Although the outside temperature was only 25°C, the sun shining through the windows caused the room to heat up quite a bit. Unfortunately, the centralized air conditioning was not working at the time. It would be great if, in the future, guests could have the option to control the air conditioning themselves, depending on their comfort level.

Food in general is good there: in both the buffet and a la cart restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean. Minibar is included in the price.

Bed is not really so comfortable. Double bed is just two smaller ones put together: it's OK in the cheaper hotel, but not for the price of this one. There are no stores nearby, even small ones to, idk, buy some chips or smth. The territory is not organized well: you need to find ways to get to a couple of big pools outside; they don't let you in from all the entries if you are a guest of this hotel and you have to go up the stairs to enter the same place from another entry.

Cjena je malo napumpana za Srbiju. Dorucak i vecera su klasicni hotelski, ali bi mogli biti jeftiniji. Bez opcije punog pansiona i da se jede van kompleksa posto je sve daleko cjene su visoke.
