We were fortunate enough to spend three wonderful nights here. The hotel is amazing. Never mind it looks like and decorated like a French palace, it is fantastically comfortable and clean and convenient. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was endless hot water and with nice products provided and towels were very plushie and new. Breakfast was amazing. The location is huge and tons of choices. Two of our morning the occupancy was conducive to have a buffet and one morning only being one of three rooms we had “made to ordered “. Both there were plenty of choices and excellent quality. Had great coffee and tea choices. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable it was a real treat to be able to talk with them. Elevator was always waiting for us…loved that! We read a previous review on this hotel that said it was kichy and furniture was not of good quality, we could not disagree more. It decor is lovely and trust me when we tell you the furniture is thick and substantial. Great stay and we will return.

Extremely limited parking. We ended up getting a parking ticket because although they arranged parking for the evening they forgot to do it for the next morning Breakfast, while offering a good variety, had very limited selection of fruit in the middle of summer and was in a subterranean room without any natural light

Location next to the very lively main square of this town. Super friendly staff. Fun interior design-theme if not slightly out of place in a more modern building.

One day the breakfast was just an English breakfast, disappointing for a hotel at this price point. Weekend days breakfast much better. Swimming pool smelled poorly and water was not clean.

The gaudy and rather kitch deco was fun, Made a different from the usual ultra modern interior. Im sure Liberace would have approved :) I wanted to stay somewhere different and this was great! I never saw another guest and I was told it was almost empty so we felt like we were the only guests there. The wellness and spa was perfect and again like a private area for my family and I. Hot pool, good sized Jacuzzi, small sauna but enough for 4 sitting and the gym had enough for a workout. Pool was bigger than expected. Breakfast was perfect although on entering the large dining room and no one else there I was thinking we had the time wrong as no buffet out but then a gentleman came from kitchen and explained the hotel wasn't very full so he could make us what we wanted. So we all put in our orders and it was an excellent , very fresh breakfast and plenty of it. We felt very special and pampered with the truly private breakfast in these unique setting :) All three receptionists were very friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed happy to talk and give information. I was told this is a wine region but we booked as it was halfway home for us so we didnt check out the area only to have an excellent meal on the square and quick walk around.

The lady that bought the coffees to the room could maybe take some tips from the receptionists on how to do good customer service as she seemed very inconvenienced that she should make and deliver us a couple of coffees. The truth is we would have liked a coffee machine in the room as stated is possible in the guest information book but when I asked for this I was asked what I wanted to drink so hence we had coffees delivered. No issue just surprised but the almost rudeness of the lady delivering the drinks compared to the lovely friendly receptionists.

Great location almost on the main square. Rooms were crazy, just like in the photos. Breakfast good. We used the pool and spa which was a fun experience.

The hotel is much more ordinary than the photos imply. I would say typical 3 star but with crazy furniture in the bedrooms. The photos are accurate but the photos of the public areas are staged to make the hotel looks much grander than it really is. The reality is a typical modern built hotel with a simple lobby and no lounge. Breakfast is in a strange underground ballroom used for wedding receptions.

A cozy hotel in the heart of Sremski Karlovci, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, they managed to provide 3 rooms next to each other upon request and allowed us to check in earlier. The hotel is clean and comfy, stylized like a rococo mansion, the rooms are spacious, quiet and the beds are luxurious. They offer a small, but very relaxing spa with a humid sauna and a pool with a comfortable temperature. Even though they were fully booked, I hardly saw any people, which for me was a great plus, there were actually just two of us in the evening in the sauna! The breakfast is lovely and beautifully served. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Located in the heart of Sremski Karlovci, this richly decorated hotel offers everything you might need for a short stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, a mix of modern amenities and over the top baroque decoration. Breakdown was good and fresh. Staff is amazing.

Keep in mind that Serbia is one of the few countries in the world where smoking is allowed everywhere and requests a non-smoking room, should you need one.

We were blown away with details and style of hotel interior design. It is just wonderful, from paintings in the hallway to phone in the rooms, everything is so cool. Breakfast was solid and the hall in which you eat is fantastic. Staff was also really nice and happy to help. Spa always had room for us, but I guess it could get crowdy if there are more guests at the hotel. All in all, it was phenomenal, and a great value for money. Hotel really exceeded our expectations!

They should renovate the outside of the hotel, especially with other buildings being so good looking. It looks bad, and you really can't tell it is a hotel at first glance.

We loved the vibe and estethics which is like you are in 19 centrury even though some things may seem kitsch but it is very unique experience to stay in such accomodation. Very cool details. It is right in the middle of town so location is great and not noisy. Breakfast was great with lot of choices. Staff at reception was super wonderful and helpfull!

Bathroom is bit small compared to the rest of room so feels bit crapmed. Pool and welness area are small for capacity of hotel so we did not have chance to use it as it was always over occupied.
