The most of all we loved kids and baby clubs. Alexa, Marines and Anne are amazing.

We book the room twice as our flight has been delayed. Too long waiting for a crib to arrive. I told them at the beginning while booking that we need a crib right now, than called them 3 times and finally in 5 hours the crib was in our room. Also be careful with the food. We went to Italian restaurant there and found metal piece in kids meatballs. Thanks God my kid didn’t swallow it and he’s ok.

We had a wonderful experience at Sensira. The staff was very nice and the property was very clean. The ice cream at the Tea House and the kids drinks from all the bars were fantastic! We appreciated all the fun activities for the kids, especially the trampoline park, playstation/Xboxes, and the waterpark. Our room was spacious and quiet and great for what we needed.

The only improvement would be to add more hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. With five people in the room we didn't have enough places to hang up the bath towels to dry. And more hooks/bars would help with drying swimsuits as well.

Amazing stay with my family. The room was beautifully furnished with great view to the pool area and the ocean. The staff is incredibly helpful and always smiling. Many options for restaurants and friendly service around the pool area. Special mention for the kids club and their staff. Our kid wanted to go there every time and stay in the activities proposed. Amazing overall experience for families with kids.

The beach zone is a little bit small with little room for anything to do in the water. We had a minor issue with the buffet staff that once commented, the front desk staff attended quite rapidly. The food offering and quality on the restaurants could improve a little bit

My family had an incredible experience at Sensira for Spring break. Different from larger more corporate chains, our time at Sensira was relaxing, fun, and catered to family and couple time. The kids club and activities were excellent. The buffet was acceptable, the drinks were great with name brand liquor, the pools were clean and pool service was exceptional. Our room was comfortable and all of the facilities were clean. Room service was wonderful, allowing us to have morning coffee on our balcony enjoying the beautiful view. The beach was maintained each morning and the crew was on top of the seaweed that is all over the coast. The resort has done all it can to keep up with the seaweed blooms. I would highly recommend dinner reservations before coming to the resort, as it was almost impossible to walk in. The adults only, Gallerie de Sens was outstanding, at probably a $500 meal in the US, make sure to book ahead! Our kids asked to spend time in the kids club each day and the staff were kind and helpful. We would consider returning.

This is a beautiful relaxing hotel for both couples and families. In particular I really loved the fact that as a couple we had lots of quiet areas to relax in, from the adults-only pool and jacuzzi areas, to the Bali beds on the beach, and also the adult only bars etc. which were perfect for night life…there is always somewhere really nice to enjoy yourself, if you want to be away from the family areas. This hotel is not noisy with high energy, jumping around the place animators and blaring music, begging you to get off your lounger, which I LOVED. There is a big emphasis on self-entertainment, with lots of areas to entertain yourself on your own schedule. I really liked this aspect of the hotel. When it comes to food, the main buffet is smaller than other hotels; however they still have a good selection, variety and quality food. The Rodeo Grill is a must during your stay in this hotel. The food and service were excellent. I can’t speak highly enough about how much we enjoyed this particular restaurant. It has an extensive menu, with incredible selection and quality to match. The waiters there, and in all the other areas were fantastic! The Amber lounge for upgraded guest rooms, was really nice, very quiet, but nice to go for a coffee and a little small snack. A big thank you to Fernando, who met us at the lobby to take our luggage, brought us to this lounge for check- in, before taking us to our room. He is such a friendly and professional employee of this hotel, who did a great job on every occasion that we interacted with him. The rooms are beautiful, so comfortable and absolutely spotless, with plenty of refreshments and amenities. The beach front room with spa bath is worth the price! I look forward to returning this hotel again. While we were there the staff were preparing the hotel for Christmas and the decorations look wonderful….to anyone that is going at Christmas, you will love the festive atmosphere that they have created for the special occasion.

I really couldn't find anything that I didn't like, as my husband and I had such a relaxing time there.

The service was amazing, David and Claudia provided really excellent customer service in the restaurant. The swimming pools are well designed and the one for kids is awesome. The service on the swimming pool is really good. Eugenio did a very good job during our stay. He was always asking if we want anything else. So thanks to all of these facts, we had very relax stay.

Great place, friendly staff, different food options, nice and quiet rooms. Lot of activities for the kids. My daughter loved the kids club. Nice and clean beach.

Lots of folks claiming a beach chair with their towels only to be gone for hours. Maybe some policy that stuff will be removed if left behind unattended for too long.

This is a contemporary hotel with a lot of sustainable features. Very stylish and with comfy rooms. Great spa services. Tasty food. They have a night club.

Hotel does not bake their own desserts, they offer very cheap candies, Hershey chocolate milk and something weird made of cereal splashed with sugary syrup. No pastry chef? Go fruits then! Especially if you position yourself as sustainable facility. It was hard to distract kids off of that garbage food((((( Kids club has TV on(((((((( Kids program in the club is very poor. Couple simple art projects a day. They are not doing anything outdoors. So, if you want to do something adults only you have to leave your kids there minding that entire stay they will be watching TV indoors. These things messed up the whole picture.

Extremely kid friendly which we focused on when booking the resort. From the pool to the trampoline park and zipline, everyone had a great time. The rooms were huge and even the adults enjoyed their own peace and quite. All in all looking forward to go back

The hotel was lovely and the rooms were upgraded. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the food—especially at the restaurants—was excellent. The kids’ pool kept our two children entertained all day, which was a huge plus. However, the beach was not swimmable due to heavy seaweed, and unfortunately, the hotel didn’t make much effort to clean it up. If a great beach is important to you, this might not be the best choice. That said, we were only there for three days and our kids were happy with the pool, so overall, aside from the beach, everything else was perfect.

No beach ! It will be be boring for a long stay .
