Staff is great. Rooms are great, but beachside climate it beginning to deteriorate the bottoms of the cabinets.and doors

The credit voucher for the resort is misrepresentation. This is not from the resort, they offer it from booking.com as a booking perk. But, its utilization is complex with only pieces of the credit being allowed to be used at various concierge services. Don't use that credit as a booking benefit. Everything was great. The beach is very common for the area and Dreams keeps it up.as best as possible. This resort gives a 5 Star Experience

Everyone was so friendly!! They were always helpful with everything and acted like they really liked their job. The resort was so clean and everything was conveniently located. The pools and amenities were outstanding! Definitely will be back!! Hopefully next year.

The only issue I really had was the bars were not kept stocked. We only drink vodka and one bar we went to had no vodka, so had to go to a different bar to get a drink. And the resort was not full so it wasn’t like they were super busy and serving a lot of people.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Dreams Natura. The food and drink were excellent, service was always courteous and polite. The facilities were always clean and well maintained.

We read other reviews ahead of our stay- the beach is really only usable on days with no wind; so we weren't surprised. We also discovered that young children cannot use the watersides if they are too short.

All the restaurants on this property were really awesome. I would definitely recommend to other friends and family. We enjoyed Italian, Chinese, Mexican, and French.

Toooooo many kids at the property. Perhaps, we could've traveled at another time. Most families didn't have any control of their kids. My family and I were participating and enjoying a Christmas show in the lobby of the property. Whereas, I was hit in the face with a ball. Why were Kids allowed to play during this show. Additionally, these kids brought additional noise and slamming doors throughout the night.

First all inclusive and it was amazing the food staff and property all 10/10

I know it’s a resorts and people are all walking around but when weddings are happening it would have been nice for brides to walk down without people getting in the way. Im not saying block walkways for the whole time but just while they’re walk to the ceremony Spaces it would only be a few minutes and would have made for petter pictures.

Only issue we had was never any sun loungers it is obvious not enough for number of people it was ridiculous to go down at 7am and all beds “taken” have never seen this in Mexico until this year it was like going back to holidays in Spain in the eighties! Nit really acceptable for a hotel of this class.

The resort was beautiful and maintained well. The food was really good for an all inclusive, the drinks were watered down so I’d suggest getting anything you want on the rocks. The beach wasn’t swimmable due to alligators and high seaweed- the water was dark and muddy/murky. So, if your plan is to swim in the beach, plan to travel elsewhere for beach activities.

I didn’t like that the amenities i.e. the slide, zipline and poolbar didn’t operate from sun up to sun down. The zipline was open from 7am-2pm and the slides and pool bar closed at 6pm. The hours were a huge mystery as they weren’t displayed for guests to find easily.

Cleanliness, attention from staff, food was amazing. All restaurants were easy to attend. Over all this place was amazing!!!

Adult pool and kids pool should be swapped. Pool that has the bar should only be for adults.

The staff was amazing! Food options at all inclusive resorts can be met, but the restaurants here were wonderful. The beach was clean and there were a ton of entertainment options daily.
