The hosts are very friendly and helpful and we had a super stay. We rented bicycles and they helped us with special needs for our kid, just great. Also the breakfast is very good, served in the cafe / day-restaurant, what the building is used for. The rooms are upstairs and the restaurant is closed in the evening, so no disturbance. I also liked the fridge with delightful belgish beers for the evening and self service, of course with accompanying glases for each beer brand. Room is basic but with a very nice bathroom, everything alright.
Unfortunatelly the street is very loud also late into the night. This is a problm when it is hot and the windows need to be open. But earplugs can help.

I booked this property to stay in en route ( get it !) It's just 5km outside the centre of Brugges so the perfect place. We were greeted by Daniel and shown to our room upstairs. Wow, what a fantastic place. Absolutely beautiful. Our room was enormous with a bed to die for. The bathroom was enormous with a huge walk in shower. The breakfast was fantastic with home made preserves, eggs ham and a gorgeous cheese, croissants fresh crusty rolls and breads 🍞 Freshly made orange juice and tea/coffee. We bought some preserves as we left yesterday as they were delicious 😋 We are definitely coming back here when we plan a long weekend there again to explore more of Belgium Thank you Daniel. The genuine kindness and warm-heartedness of the owners truly stand out. They run a very cozy hotel and are remarkably attentive, responding quickly to any requests. Additionally, they personally ensure continuous improvements in both the service and overall guest experience.
A more convenient placement for the bathroom within the room would be ideal. The stairs are quite narrow, so if you’re traveling with elderly individuals or those with limited mobility, it’s advisable to speak with the owners beforehand to ensure necessary precautions are taken.

Daniel and Heidy communication in advance of the trip and during our late night arrival was exceptional, Daniel arranged the keys for us to be collected and left clear instructions and notes. This was exceptional. Furthermore, the property is exceptionally clean, very well arranged (design wise) and decorated with comfy feel and a massive modern bathroom. Daniel and Heidy were extremely accommodating during the breakfast by providing gluten free options, although we forgot to book it in advance. Last but not least breakfast had typical choice, delicious and fresh.
There is nothing we did not like about the property.

Daniel and Heidi are very friendly and helpful owners. Ready to answer questions, make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast had everything necessary and good quality products. Fresh warm breads, buns, tasty butter, eggs the way you wish, cheese, ham, etc. Very good shower, white not 'grey' towels fluffy enough, mosquito net at the window. Comfortable mattress. The pillows look OK but I always travel with my own one. I got also a bath robe on the request. Location: very close to the towns on the Belgian cost and Brugge, woods with walking and biking routes.
I don't have any meaningful remarks except that I would change the flooring in the room. It would look so much more elegant. But this didn't affect our comfort or stay. Just a little notice.

Stairs a little steep, room all good and nice bath with shower. Breakfast was nice and fresh, Parking not a problem and access to Market Sq. Bruges in 15 mins by car. Bus stop if needed almost outside. Daniel & Heidy were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing really, only stairs if you were disabled could be a problem.

Everything was fantastic! Daniel and Heidy were the perfect hosts. We were early for check-in, and the rooms were ready. They welcomed us enthusiastically! As it turned out, we were the only guests in a 2 room hotel! The rooms were perfect. The breakfast the next morning was equally magnificent. It was so much more than we expected! The juice was freshly squeezed, the breads were freshly baked, and the fruit was freshly cut. Our stay was a highlight that we will remember forever! Marc and Stephanie Ackerman

A lovely place to stay. The place was near to drive to other places in Belgium. The only minor thing is Our pillow is too thin because we are used to puffy and thick pillows to sleep in. But overall the place is comfy and very clean and the owners are lovely, helpful and approachable.
