Unfortunately due to my husband mobility problem room lacked anything comfortable to sit on and bed was too low for him led to problems getting in and out of it .The swimming pool needs a safety rail at the walk in end of the pool ..the apartments attract a lot of older guests and it would enhance their holiday experience.I can only compliment the staff from reception to cleaners to maintenance men they are wonderful and would return to stay just a pity not entirely suitable due to my husband's mobility difficulties.

Great location. Staff were brillant. We had a few hiccups at the start (our fault). Lost luggage, incorrect number of people on the booking but the staff went above and beyond to help. It was thanks to the staff that we got our sons backpack back. He left it on the trolley outside the airport. Cannot say enough about how great the staff were.

Our outside seating area was in the shade most of the time but lovely trees surrounding it. The pull out bed had sharp metal edges that would be better off covered for safety.

The location is excellent, the staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were adequate. This is a value for money property so you can’t expect five star. There is everything that you need in the rooms and although they were a little tired, they were clean and comfortable. The pool and area surrounding it is good so as a group (12 people) we really enjoyed our stay. No complaints amongst us.

The outside areas could do with tidying up, broken tiles on floors etc, otherwise ok.

The staff were extremely helpful at all times. The pool and all areas were very clean. The room was clean and the maid came regularly during our stay. The accommodation is right in the middle of everything and short walk to town and beach

We could have done with larger and more towels. The oven didn’t have a shelf and needed a couple more wine size glasses.

Lovely pool area & gardens. Very quiet. Near too everything. Asked for a ground floor apt & got it. Plenty ov hot water any time of the day. Pool bar had Happy hour, good pint.

If you looked really close, decor needs a spruce up. Kitchen small & very dated, but got exactly what pics showed.

The staff were so friendly and helpful :) when we had a disaster of lost passports they were amazing and helped us get back :) Thanks Carmel and co.

Only thing for us was the loud musi c from sq @ 1-3 ish but there was festival on so could have been that . The air com wasn great and wS none in bedroom so had leave windows open in both rooms to get some air through

Location excellent. I've been coming to FuentePark for 14 years. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The pool and pool area are kept clean. Good little pool bar too. Beds comfortable. Clean bedding. Good air con

Definately in need of a full refurb although paintwork kept fresh. A range of some English television would be welcomed.

Accommodation needs to be updated. I was there about 10 years ago and it more or less looks the same,but it was clean. reception area is lovely

Quiet and relaxing yet in the centre of town. Nice group of people. Not for youngsters drinking and partying. Comfy beds. Great shower. Great coffee machine. Great poolside bar. Lovely staff. Especially the maintenance guys.

Pool bar music got a little loud in the afternoon with hip hop grunge music. I’m not that old but did find it too much when relaxing by the pool. Saturdays were good 👍

The staff were all so friendly. The rooms and location was excellent

I felt there was no entertainment for children and adults. Could have done with more sunbeds. Could have also had an evening restaurant.
