It is very close to a spectacular waterfall and not far from town

It is a nice place but way over priced for what it is. The rooms are all two floor cabanas which is nice but kind of strangely laid out. There is very little natural light. Getting down to them requires a long walk on a moving walkway. The food is okay but dinner made me quite ill and was 41,000 JPY

Fantastic amenities and personnel. They are truly the most luxury expedience in Arima. The creative and design of their brand plus the ability to use the Tocen Onsen was great!

They asked us to confirm all meals 3x days in advance. Perhaps because it was a slow season but still don’t think it’s fair to assume we’ll know our every movement that far in the future!

This stay was incredible. The food was out of this world, meals were private, service top notch. There was a dry sauna and natural hot spring tub in our villa plus tons of room. Very comfortable, modern, clean, and elegant. We would definitely stay again and maybe even longer. Highly recommend! Loved it!!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Beautiful property. Onsen and keiseki meal were on our to go list for Japan and this one did not disappoint. We took our 15/17 yo children and they loved it as well. Rooms were clean, well stocked and large.

From the moment we were picked up from the bus station: the service, the experience, everyone was excellent. Comfortable beds, my kids were happy to have their own space, delicious food, relaxing onsen. No complaints on anything.

I wish our trip had time for a few more nights here.

Staff was beyond excellent - the ambiance, the small flat that you get for the night was amazing. Shame I only had stayed one night, but the beds were great and everything in the facilities were great too. The personal hot spring was amazing to use.

Room was comfortable, the Onsen was amazing, really like that the private bath and its features, the meal was delicious and the staff were amazing.

Needed an extra light in the closet.

We are grateful for the smiling faces and so helpful. You took extra attention to the child’s meal. All dishes for adult and kid’s meals were excellent. The hotel car rides were most helpful. The English speaking staff(Indonesian) was so helpful and always smiling。The onsen, masionette house was superb.

I did not like the short stay, just 3 nights is too short. A joke!

It is a wonderful location in the nature, great appartments and we had a great Dinner with our Kids together. Especially the Service was outstanding .. I really can recommend the place and will come for sure again...Thank you for the great time

The experience was excellent—facilities are exceptionally clean, staff super friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Overall we had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay.

No complaints at all.
