I stayed overnight at the hotel primarily to sleep, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was also excellent. We had to wait for a bus to Orlando after checking in, and the hotel kindly allowed us to wait in the lobby. I will definitely choose Hampton again for my future travels.

The only issue I encountered was difficulty opening the door, but the front desk promptly assisted us. Overall, a great experience—thank you!

The location rooms always clean as well as the property.

My check-in, the lady, wasn't friendly she did not great me like the gentleman did on my previous stay. I am a Hilton member she never offered me a bottle of water or the snacks for members.

The breakfast was great! Everybody was so nice and professional, and the hotel was very clean. However, I felt my room was outdated, except for the shower—that was very nice.

The rooms need updated. The bedspread was a bit tattered.

I thought the rate was high for a property that was under renovation. My room was clean and comfortable, but the lobby and downstairs was totally torn apart. There was no hot breakfast, rather a brown bag breakfast.

Loved that I was in an update room.

What I didn’t like was all the renovation noise, it was so loud sound like it was in the room with me. It would have been nice if we knew about the renovation before booking our 3 night stay.

We had a studio room - it was large and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The pool area is really nice and we spent quite a few hours enjoying it. Staff are really friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast is good (self service) and loved eating it outside. If ever in the area would definitely come back.

While you can request room service whenever you want it is only offered as a matter of course every 4 days. This comment isn’t specific to this hotel, many to do it and is now becoming tiresome. It is now a money saving scheme, nothing to do with Covid.

Don’t have body wash in bedroom, I asked and they didn’t solve it. A lot of noise from employees, talking loudly in the hallway.

I was not aware that you had to request room cleaning and towels due to the Covid 19 Virus. The staff was a bit abrupt when asking for extra towels and was told that room cleaning was upon request when registering.
