PAN Beach went above and beyond our expectations! The charming wooden bungalows, surrounded by nature, made us feel like we were in a little jungle. Everything was clean, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. I honestly had the best sleep here! The beach is really nice with shells scattered along the shore. The food is delicious (authentic Thai dishes plus some Western options), and the staff couldn’t be kinder. A special shoutout to the lovely lady at reception, who made sure everything was perfect and even helped us arrange day trips. This is the perfect spot for nature lovers seeking peace and relaxation, yet it’s only a 10-minute drive to town if you’re in the mood for some evening fun. Just don’t forget mosquito repellent and let the rest be pure enjoyment. A true hidden gem. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoyed my stay at Pan Beach Front Resort. The room was spacious, clean, and pleasant, with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Near the reception, there’s a small area where you can prepare tea or coffee, which I found very convenient. The restaurant offers tasty food, and the staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. I also appreciated the free transfer to Ao Nang, which makes exploring the area easy and stress-free. From Ao Nang, you can easily take a Grab back to the resort for around 120 Baht (the price may vary slightly). The resort itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect for rest and relaxation. The beach is beautiful, and watching the tides come and go was one of my favorite experiences — so calming and grounding.

There was nothing in particular that I didn’t enjoy

This is the best place we have stayed in.This is a beachfront front property that appears to be the same as shown in these pictures. The rooms are good and cosy. This might not be for everyone because it's completely detached from the city and the nightlife. If you're someone who looks for some tranquillity and relaxation, this is the best place you'll get in Krabi. There isn't much crowd around the beach, so all you can hear is the roar of the wave. They will also provide free kayaking around the beach. We liked it very much, the blue beach, the islands surrounded around the beach, the staff, the food, the peace, and there is nothing much that has bothered us. There are some insects and mosquitoes around, so you have to be a little cautious about that. But don't worry, they will give you some spray that can be applied to avoid insects. The staff are very polite and helpful. They will assist you in any case. So if you're someone who just wants to be detached from the city and people, this is the place for you. There is a restaurant in the stay which might be closed early during off-season, and other restaurants and shops are a little away from the stay, so you can get the food through grab or rent a scotter/car for your travel around kloung muang. We didn't want to leave this place :) We had the best vacation of our lives.

Nothing. I can stay there forever.

Staff were lovely and really helpful ( shout out for Annie and Baneeta and the lovely little girl in the restaurant). Beach is incredible and being able to walk out to one of the little islands at low tide was exceptional. Very friendly dog called Goldy who lived on the beach and loved everyone there. If you want more space go for rooms D1 and D2 which were lovely and more suited to holidaying couples rather than backpackers.

Unfortunately the drains were awful. There was a constant smell of sewerage in our bungalow which made life very uncomfortable. The food and drinks seemed expensive to the rest of Ao nang and Thailand.

The staff were very good and pleasant. Cozy bungalows. (all but one) A perfectly OK breakfast. A nice bar on the beach. Ac in the rooms.

First 4-5 nights we get the smallest little cabin with no space for 2, toilet with a very bad smell and a bad fan. But after we complein we get a bigger bungalow and then it was good.They shouldn't rent out the first bungalow.No fridge in the room!!! Panbeach is not really that far from Aunang, but since you can't follow the beach all the way, the place becomes quite "far out". (They provide a bus that takes you to Aunang free of charge 2 times per day). The beach is pretty rubbish. Ebb for quite a long time wonder a day so it becomes difficult to bathe.

This place is perfect if you are looking for relaxation and love exploring nature. There are islands that you can reach by foot during low tide with tons of marine life to explore. Get up for sunrise and have the entire beach to yourself! This is a starfish breeding ground/nursery and shell haven. I saw nearly every type of shell, including sand dollars and both small and large starfish. The rooms are clean and updated/modern. The staff were very friendly. They have an onsite bar/restaurant and a variety of seating options either in the reception area or on the beach. I would definitely stay again!

I loved everything about it, but if you want to go to Ao Nang it will require transport (either their free shuttle or a cheap moto/car through a ride sharing app)

I was in krabi for 7 nights, one night in AoNang beach. 6 nights in total with PAN. Very peaceful and quiet place unlike AoNang which is much busier and noisier (even at around 12am). There're plenty of parking here if you drive. For some units, you could park right in front as well. Staff here were very friendly and helpful, and communicated well.

Staff are amazing, clean bungalows, and no people on the beach.

Loud discomusic every evening from 8 p.m till morning from Ao Nang Island, boats sound all day long, coz pier is near by, on the beach plastic bottles and other trash.

This is ideal if you want a total rest away from everything. Spend your days wandering the beach, watching the crabs make their beautiful sand bobble patterns, look for starfish, laze on the bean bags, swing on the swings, kayak. Head down to Sand Bungalows for their great massage and amazing food. The accommodation is very clean and amazingly for the location quite bug-free. We had a frog and a lizard but it’s pretty tight.

The accommodation really is super small. I think they could’ve been more creative with storage solutions. But this is a desert island style break, take nothing with you. You need to accept that this is very basic and rustic and it’s cheap because of that and because it’s not the most beautiful or cleanest stretch of coastline.

Anny and her team made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The food is really good, and the portions are generous. There is a decent selection of drinks, and they are always cold! We enjoyed the fact that due to the location, the resort has a very private feel, as if the access to the beach was exclusive and reserved only for us! The cabins are comfortable, with air con, TV and free wifi throughout the property. For guests with children, the beach is perfect as it is rather shallow, and the tide doesn't come with high waves. There is a daily shuttle service running from the property to Ao Nang at 9am and returning in the afternoon at 3pm Anny can help arrange tours, rent bikes and/or cars and even assist with arranging transportation.

Make sure you have cash with you as they don't have card payment facility (mind you, you are very likely to come across this in many places in Thailand). Also, the only coffee available is instant, perhaps a small coffee machine could be a good addition.
