Very centrally located. Close to most things.

The central location meant that the noise level was high, even late into the night. Although our room was as far away from the street as you could be, our room literally shook late into the night.

The resort is nicely situated within Ao Nang and is beachfront although you have to cross a road to get to the beach. Plenty of bars/restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is generally in very good condition. We had a pool access room of which there are only 4. There was sun on the veranda in the mornings and early afternoon the veranda became shady which was good for us. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The air conditioning worked great. Shower was warm and powerful. Room safe was plenty big enough for our valuables. There is a fridge for keeping your water and beer cool! Complimentary water daily was provided. The bed was comfy. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels and the cleaner did a great job. The 2 pools are great and not too busy throughout the day most days. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the resort. There is noise from local bars in the evening but we found that once you shut the doors to your room you could not hear anything at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the L Resort and would be happy to stay again in the future if we were to come back to Ao Nang.

Gym whilst it is usable with enough equipment for a good enough workout is quite small with older equipment close to each other. So if it were busy (which it never was) people might be struggling with bench space etc. the air con worked good in here too though which is a bonus when working out! It would be nice to have a cold water machine in there. So it’s not that we didn’t like it or not use it but there is room for some improvement/updating of some of the equipment we feel.

This place is simply amazing, located on Ao-Nang beach and all the restaurants and shops are all around. The hotel has a nice quiet pool area with palm trees. The breakfast choices were so great and it was more like lunch :) Also the hotel restaurant is more fancy than the ones around, plus they made cocktails with the right recipe! Appreciate it! In general the whole staff was absolutely the best ❤️ Our family was very happy with our long stay at this hotel and would recommend this place to everyone!

I didn't like moving out :) but one thing, info for familys with one kid. I would have liked to been able to move the bed, so it would have been possible to make a triple room to 2+1, but the beds were fixed :(

I love staying in the L resort .The staff were super kind & helpful . The Location was perfect . I've been in Thailand multiple times & this is the first time we don't rent a scooter . The hotel is close to everywhere & a walking distance to the night life , beach & restaurants.it was never a dull moment . Cleanliness was good & the breakfast was fine for my taste as I don't really eat much sugar and refined food.Thank you for allowing us to shower and stay after the checkout in your guests room . I would like also to take this chance to thank the hotel staff and whoever was eager to help me when I felt dizzy during my breakfast due to low blood sugar . Sorry for the inconvenience & thank you for the fast & efficient help .

The hotel was outdated ,but maintained. I got a good price compared to the prices I saw for the same dates & hotel at booking.com after my booking & I wouldn't book with those prices .To be honest the hotel is overpriced if you take into consideration the breakfast cost & hotel building condition. You will be basically paying for the location & the good service.

This hotel was ideally located for us as a family. Had lots of bars, restaurants, little shops, currency exchange, ATMs close by. The hotel was lovely and clean, lovely pool area, and breakfast was delicious, serving eggs of your choice (scrambled, omelettes, fried eggs etc) with lots of hot food to choose from and delicious fruits and yoghurts. Coffee machines so you could make as many lattes or cappuccinos as you wanted, and fresh juice. Staff were amazing, super friendly. Our family room was lovely, really spacious, with a fridge, coffee making facilities, hair dryer and also had shower gel and shampoo to use too. Ao Nang beach was literally just over the road from the hotel, beautiful. Could get a little noisy at night, but we didn’t mind and it didn’t disrupt our sleep.

The location was fab and right in the heart of all the action ! We arrived at the beginning of Songkran which was absolutely mad and brilliant , everything taking place right outside our hotel . The pool was like a little calm haven in all the madness outside. Breakfast was lovely with freshly made pancakes and omelettes and fresh fruit . Very friendly staff . We really enjoyed our time here - we are travelling with our two teenage daughters and the room was spacious. Very easy to book all the trips right outside the hotel too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families who want a bit of nightlife but also want peace ! Thank you for a lovely stay x

An excellent hotel! I usually only stay in one place for a few days at a time but I felt very at home here. A nice size resort, clean, lovely facilities, a great restaurant! Clean and fresh breakfast buffet and location is great! Directly opposite the beach (although you need to walk a bit further down to the left if you want to swim) it’s perfect for getting the long tail boat to Rayleigh beach! Plenty of great places to get a massage, eat, drink and enjoy the hustle and bustle of ao nang!

Its a fairly noisy area and the clubs are open most of the night but that to no fault of the hotel and for me wasn’t an issue as I was able to sleep through it. If you are a light sleeper you might find the noise a challenge in ao nang!

The location was excellent, directly across from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The aircon was efficient. Our balcony was large and overlooked one of the pools. Breakfast choices were excellent and because I had informed them when I booked, that I have coeliac disease, they provided me with gluten free bread everyday. In addition, the attached restaurant 'Wanna's Place' where we ate breakfast became our regular eating place because they were able to ensure that I had a gluten free meal everyday. This was a huge relief as I had been struggling to find gluten free food during the beginning of our trip to Thailand. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were always smiling and friendly

A couple of the sunbeds were a bit scruffy and the larger pool with the bridge was in need of some maintenance. The other pool was lovely.

Super courteous and helpful staff. One of the best location - right on the beachfront and very neat and clean rooms. The in house restaurant has one of the best dining options available - their Swiss cuisine is particularly awesome. The breakfast spread is good with variety and has a live egg counter. The icing on the cake - i had a early morning flight and had to check out by 5 AM. The hotel packed the breakfast when we told them about this the previous night. Thats called the extra mile service. I am coming back to stay again at this place whenever i am coming next to Krabi.

Very convenient location with Ao Nang beach right in front of hotel and Nopparat Beach just a 5min walk away. Hotel is in really great shape, there is no wear on the property. View from balcony is really nice (have been top floor). Pools are also really nice as you can see from pictures, but only 1,4m deep, which is fine, just not really made for your swimming training. Staff was always helpful and friendly. The property isn't too big, so it kinda has a family touch. Didn't use the in house restaurant too much, but everything was fine. Good if you long some Swiss food on your vacation.

Really nothing negativ. The hotel is fairly close to the central hub with bars and disco, so you might hear some at night. Our windows had real good noise reduction, so we basically heard nothing inside. This was post COVID off-season in may 2022, do everything finished midnight anyways.
